2And I sawG3708the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033angelsἀγγέλουςangelousG32whoοἳhoiG3739standἑστήκασινhestēkasinG2476beforeἐνώπιονenōpionG1799GodθεοῦtheouG2316,and sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033trumpetsσάλπιγγες.¶salpingesG4536were givenἐδόθησανedothēsanG1325to them.

4Andthe smokeκαπνὸςkapnosG2586of the incenseθυμιαμάτωνthumiamatōnG2368,with the prayersπροσευχαῖςproseuchaisG4335of thesaintsἁγίωνhagiōnG40,wentἀνέβηanebēG305up beforeἐνώπιονenōpionG1799Godθεοῦ.theouG2316out of the angel’sἀγγέλουangelouG32handχειρὸςcheirosG5495.

5ThenG2532the angelἄγγελοςangelosG32tookεἴληφενeilēphenG2983the censerλιβανωτὸνlibanōtonG3031andfilledἐγέμισενegemisenG1072it with the fireπυρὸςpurosG4442of the altarθυσιαστηρίουthusiastēriouG2379, andthrewἔβαλενebalenG906it to the earthγῆν.gēnG1093;and there followedἐγένοντοegenontoG1096pealsG1027of thunderβρονταὶbrontaiG1027and soundsφωναὶphōnaiG5456and flashesG796of lightningἀστραπαὶastrapaiG796and anearthquakeσεισμός.seismosG4578.

6And the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033angelsἄγγελοιangeloiG32who hadἔχοντεςechontesG2192the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033trumpetsσάλπιγγαςsalpingasG4536preparedἡτοίμασανhētoimasanG2090themselvesG848to soundσαλπίσωσιν.¶salpisōsinG4537them.

7The firstπρῶτοςprōtosG4413soundedἐσάλπισεν,esalpisenG4537,and there cameἐγένετοegenetoG1096hailχάλαζαchalazaG5464and fireπῦρpurG4442,mixedμεμιγμέναmemigmenaG3396with bloodαἵματι,aimatiG129,and they were thrownἐβλήθηeblēthēG906to the earthγῆνgēnG1093; anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the earthγῆςgēsG1093was burnedκατεκάη·katekaēG2618up, anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of thetreesδένδρωνdendrōnG1186were burnedκατεκάη,katekaēG2618up, and allπᾶςpasG3956the greenχλωρὸςchlōrosG5515grassχόρτοςchortosG5528was burnedκατεκάη.¶katekaēG2618up.

8The secondδεύτεροςdeuterosG1208angelἄγγελοςangelosG32soundedἐσάλπισεν,esalpisenG4537, and somethinglikeὡςhōsG5613a greatμέγαmegaG3173mountainὄροςorosG3735burningκαιόμενονkaiomenonG2545with fireπυρὶpuriG4442was thrownἐβλήθηeblēthēG906into the seaθάλασσαν·thalassanG2281; anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of theseaθαλάσσηςthalassēsG2281becameἐγένετοegenetoG1096bloodαἷμα.haimaG129,

9anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the creaturesκτισμάτωνktismatōnG2938whichG3588were in the seaθαλάσσῃ,thalassēG2281and hadἔχονταechontaG2192lifeψυχάς,psuchasG5590,diedἀπέθανενapethanenG599;and a thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of theshipsπλοίωνploiōnG4143were destroyedδιεφθάρησαν.¶diephtharēsanG1311.

10The thirdτρίτοςtritosG5154angelἄγγελοςangelosG32soundedἐσάλπισεν,esalpisenG4537,and a greatμέγαςmegasG3173starἀστὴρastērG792fellἔπεσενepesenG4098from heavenοὐρανοῦouranouG3772,burningκαιόμενοςkaiomenosG2545likeὡςhōsG5613a torchλαμπὰςlampasG2985,and it fellἔπεσενepesenG4098on athirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the riversποταμῶνpotamōnG4215and on thespringsπηγὰςpēgasG4077of watersὑδάτων.hudatōnG5204.

11The nameὄνομαonomaG3686of the starἀστέροςasterosG792is calledλέγεταιlegetaiG3004WormwoodἌψινθος·ApsinthosG894; and athirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the watersὑδάτωνhudatōnG5204becameἐγένετοegenetoG1096wormwoodἄψινθον,apsinthonG894,and manyπολλοὶpolloiG4183menἀνθρώπωνanthrōpōnG444diedἀπέθανονapethanonG599from the watersὑδάτωνhudatōnG5204,becauseὅτιhotiG3754they were madeG4087bitterἐπικράνθησαν.¶epikranthēsanG4087.

13ThenG2532I lookedG3708,and I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191an eagleἀετοῦaetouG105flyingπετομένουpetomenouG4072inmidheavenμεσουρανήματιmesouranēmatiG3321,sayingλέγοντοςlegontosG3004with a loudμεγάλῃ·megalēG3173voiceφωνῇphōnēaG5456, “WoeοὐαὶouaiG3759,woeοὐαὶouaiG3759,woeοὐαὶouaiG3759tothoseG3588who dwellκατοικοῦνταςkatoikountasG2730on the earthγῆςgēsG1093,becauseἐκekG1537of the remainingλοιπῶνloipōnG3062blastsφωνῶνphōnōnG5456of the trumpetσάλπιγγοςsalpingosG4536of thethreeτριῶνtriōnG5140angelsἀγγέλωνangelōnG32who are aboutμελλόντωνmellontōnG3195to soundσαλπίζειν.¶salpizeinG4537!”
