2He shalljudgeיָדִ֣יןya.DinH1777thypeopleעַמְּךָ֣'a.me.KhaH5971withrighteousnessבְצֶ֑דֶקve.Tze.dekH6664, and thypoorוַעֲנִיֶּ֥יךָva.'a.ni.Yei.khaH6041withjudgmentבְמִשְׁפָּֽט׃ve.mish.PatH4941.

3Themountainsהָרִ֓יםha.RimH2022shallbringיִשְׂא֤וּyis.'UH5375peaceשָׁ֘ל֥וֹםsha.LomH7965to thepeopleלָעָ֑םla.'AmH5971, and thehillsוּ֝גְבָע֗וֹתu.ge.va.'otH1389, inrighteousnessבִּצְדָקָֽה׃bitz.da.KahH6666.

4He shalljudgeיִשְׁפֹּ֤ט׀yish.PotH8199thepoorעֲֽנִיֵּי־'ani.yei-H6041of thepeopleעָ֗ם'AmH5971, he shallsaveי֭וֹשִׁיעַYo.o.shi.a'H3467thechildrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of theneedyאֶבְי֑וֹן'ev.YonH34, and shall break in pieces theoppressorעוֹשֵֽׁק׃o.ShekH6231.

8He shall havedominionוְ֭יֵרְדְּVe.ye.redH7287also fromseaמִיָּ֣םmi.YamH3220toseaיָ֑םYamH3220, and from theRiverוּ֝מִנָּהָ֗רu.mi.na.HarH5104unto theendsאַפְסֵי־'af.sei-H657of theearthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776.

9They that dwell in the wilderness shallbowיִכְרְע֣וּyikh.re.'UH3766beforeלְ֭פָנָיוLe.fa.navH6440him; and hisenemiesוְ֝אֹיְבָ֗יוve.'o.ye.VavH341shalllickיְלַחֵֽכוּ׃ye.la.Che.khuH3897thedustעָפָ֥ר'a.FarH6083.

12For he shalldeliverיַ֭צִּילYa.tzilH5337theneedyאֶבְי֣וֹן'ev.YonH34when he crieth; and thepoorוְ֝עָנִ֗יve.'a.NiH6041, that hathnoוְֽאֵין־ve.'ein-H369helperעֹזֵ֥ר'o.ZerH5826.

13He shall havepityיָ֭חֹסYa.chosH2347on thepoorH34andneedyוְאֶבְי֑וֹןve.'ev.YonH34, and thesoulsוְנַפְשׁ֖וֹתve.naf.ShotH5315of theneedyאֶבְיוֹנִ֣ים'ev.yo.NimH34he shallsaveיוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃yo.Shi.a'H3467.
