2TheLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068hath been soredispleasedקָצַ֧ףka.TzafH7107with yourfathersאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1.

12Then theangelמַלְאַךְ־mal.'akh-H4397of theLORDיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068answeredH559andsaidH559, OLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068ofhostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,howH834longעַד־'ad-H5704wilt thounotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808havemercyתְרַחֵ֣םte.ra.ChemH7355onJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389and on thecitiesעָרֵ֣י'a.ReiH5892ofJudahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063,againstH3389whichH834thou hast hadindignationזָעַ֔מְתָּהza.'Am.tahH2194theseזֶ֖הzehH2088threescore and tenyearsשָׁנָֽה׃sha.NahH8141?

13And theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068answeredוַיַּ֣עַןvai.Ya.'anH6030theangelהַמַּלְאָ֛ךְha.mal.'AkhH4397thattalkedH1696withmeH1696withgoodטוֹבִ֑יםto.VimH2896wordsדְּבָרִ֣יםde.va.RimH1697,evenאֶת־'et-H853comfortablewordsדְּבָרִ֖יםde.va.RimH1697.

15And I amveryגָּדוֹל֙ga.dOlH1419soredispleasedקֹצֵ֔ףko.TzefH7107with thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471that are ateaseהַשַּֽׁאֲנַנִּ֑יםha.sha.'a.na.NimH7600: for I was but alittleמְּעָ֔טme.'AtH4592displeasedקָצַ֣פְתִּיka.Tzaf.tiH7107, and theyhelpedעָזְר֥וּ'a.ze.RuH5826forward the affliction.

16Thereforethusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068: I amreturnedשַׁ֤בְתִּיShav.tiH7725toJerusalemלִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙li.ru.sha.LimH3389withmerciesבְּֽרַחֲמִ֔יםbe.ra.cha.MimH7356; myhouseבֵּיתִי֙bei.TiH1004shall bebuiltיִבָּ֣נֶהyi.Ba.nehH1129in it, saith theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068ofhostsצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, and a line shall bestretchedיִנָּטֶ֖הyi.na.TehH5186forth overJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.

18And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns.

19And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.

20And the LORD shewed me four smiths.

21Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast down the horns of the nations, which lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.
