For the Chief Musician; with the Nehiloth. A Psalm of David.
Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and myGodיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068: for unto thee do I pray.
O LORD, in the morning shalt thouhearלְק֬וֹלle.KolH6963myvoiceקוֹלִ֑יko.LiH6963; in the morning will I order my prayer unto thee, and will keep watch.
For thou art not aGodיְֽהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068that hath pleasure in wickedness: evil shall not sojourn with thee.
The arrogant shallnotH3808stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
Thou shaltdestroyH3605them that speak lies: the LORD abhorreth the bloodthirsty and deceitfulmanH3605.
But as formeדֹּבְרֵ֪יdoe.ReiH1696, in the multitude of thy lovingkindness will I comeintoאִישׁ־'ish-H376thy house: in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

For there is no faithfulness in theirmouthH6440; their inward part is very wickedness: their throat is anopenH6440sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
Hold them guilty, OGodאֵ֪ין'einH369; let them fall by their own counsels: thrust themoutנְכוֹנָה֮ne.kho.NahH3559in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.
But letallבְּרֹ֣בbe.RoH7230thoseH3588that put theirtrustפִּ֭שְׁעֵיהֶםPish.'ei.hemH6588in thee rejoice, let them ever shout for joy,becauseH3588thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
For thou wilt bless the righteous; O LORD, thou wilt compass him with favour as with a shield.
