Mark 11:11-26
111And Jesus enteredG1525 JerusalemG2414 and came into the templeG2413 area; and after lookingG4017 aroundG4017 at everythingG3956, 2He leftG1831 for BethanyG963 with the twelveG1427, since it was alreadyG2235 lateG3796.
123On the nextG1887 dayG1887, when they had leftG1831 BethanyG963, He became hungryG3983. 13SeeingG3708 from a distanceG3113 a figG4808 treeG4808 in leafG5444, He wentG2064 to see ifG1487 perhapsG686 He would findG2147 anythingG5100 on it; and when He cameG2064 to it, He foundG2147 nothingG3762 but leavesG5444, for it was not the seasonG2540 for figsG4810. 14And He saidG3004 to it, “May noG3367 oneG3367 everG1519G165 eatG2068 fruitG2590 from you againG3371!” And His disciplesG3101 were listeningG191.
154ThenG2532 they cameG2064 to JerusalemG2414. And He enteredG1525 the templeG2413 area and beganG757 to driveG1544 outG1544 thoseG3588 who were sellingG4453 and buyingG59 on the templeG2413 grounds, and He overturnedG2690 the tablesG5132 of the moneyG2855 changersG2855 and the seatsG2515 of thoseG3588 who were sellingG4453 5dovesG4058; 16and He would not allowG863 anyoneG5100 to carryG1308 6merchandiseG4632 throughG1223 the templeG2413 grounds. 17And He began to teachG1321 and sayG3004 to them, “Is it not writtenG1125: ‘7My houseG3624 will be calledG2564 a houseG3624 of prayerG4335 for allG3956 the nationsG1484’? 8But you have madeG4160 it a denG4693 of robbersG3027.” 18And the chiefG749 priestsG749 and the scribesG1122 heardG191 this, and they 9began seekingG2212 howG4459 to putG622 Him toG622 deathG622; for they wereG5399 afraidG5399 of Him, becauseG1063 allG3956 10the crowdG3793 was astonishedG1605 at His teachingG1322.
19And 11wheneverG3752 eveningG3796 cameG1096, 12they would leaveG1607 the cityG4172.
2013As they were passingG3899 by in the morningG4404, they sawG3708 the figG4808 treeG4808 witheredG3583 from the rootsG4491 up. 21And being remindedG363, PeterG4074 saidG3004 to Him, “14RabbiG4461, lookG2396, the figG4808 treeG4808 that You cursedG2672 has witheredG3583.” 22And JesusG2424 answeredG611 and saidG3004 to them, “15HaveG2192 faithG4102 in GodG2316. 2316TrulyG281 I sayG3004 to you, whoeverG3739G302 saysG3004 to thisG3778 mountainG3735, ‘Be takenG142 upG142 and thrownG906 into the seaG2281,’ and does not doubtG1252 in his heartG2588, but believesG4100 that whatG3739 he saysG2980 is going to happenG1096, it will be granted to him. 24ThereforeG1223G3778, I sayG3004 to you, 17allG3956 thingsG3956 for whichG3745 you prayG4336 and askG154, believeG4100 that you have receivedG2983 them, and they will be granted to you. 25And wheneverG3752 you 18standG4739 prayingG4336, 19forgiveG863, ifG1487 you haveG2192 anythingG5100 againstG2596 anyoneG5100, soG2443 thatG2443 your FatherG3962 whoG3588 is in heavenG3772 will alsoG2532 forgiveG863 you for your 20offensesG3900. 26[2122But ifG1487 you do not forgiveG863, neitherG3761 will your FatherG3962 whoG3588 is in heavenG3772 forgiveG863 your 23offensesG3900.”]
