Ezekiel 41
Darby Bible
1And he broughtH935 me to the templeH1964; and he measuredH4058 the posts, sixH8337 cubitsH520 broad on the one side, and sixH8337 cubitsH520 broad on the other side, the breadthH7341 of the tentH168. 2And the breadthH7341 of the entry was tenH6235 cubitsH520, and the sidesH3802 of the entry were fiveH2568 cubitsH520 on this sideH3802, and fiveH2568 cubitsH520 on that sideH3802; and he measuredH4058 its lengthH753, fortyH705 cubitsH520, and the breadthH7341, twentyH6242 cubitsH520. 3And he wentH935 inwards, and measuredH4058 the post of the entry, twoH8147 cubitsH520; and the entry, sixH8337 cubitsH520; and the breadthH7341 of the entry, sevenH7651 cubitsH520. 4And he measuredH4058 its lengthH753, twentyH6242 cubitsH520; and the breadthH7341, twentyH6242 cubitsH520, before the templeH1964: and he saidH559 unto me, This is the most holyH6944 [placeH6944]. 5And he measuredH4058 the wallH7023 of the houseH1004, sixH8337 cubitsH520; and the breadthH7341 of the side-chambers, fourH702 cubitsH520, roundH5439 about the houseH1004 on every sideH6763. 6And the side-chambers were threeH7969, chamber over chamber, and thirtyH7970 in order; and they entered into the wallH7023 which the houseH1004 had for the side-chambers roundH5439 about, that they might have holdH270; but they had not holdH270 in the wallH7023 of the houseH1004. 7And for the side-chambers there was an enlarging, and it wentH5927 roundH5439 about [the houseH1004] increasing upwardH4605; for the surrounding of the houseH1004 increased upwardH4605 roundH5439 about the houseH1004; thereforeH3651 the houseH1004 had width upwardH4605, and soH3651 ascended [from] the lower [story] to the upperH5945, by the middleH8484 one. 8And I sawH7200 that the houseH1004 had an elevation roundH5439 about: the foundations of the side-chambers, a full reedH7070, sixH8337 cubitsH520 to the joint. 9The thickness of the wallH7023, which was for the side-chambers without, was fiveH2568 cubitsH520, as also what was left free along the building of the side-chambers that pertained to the houseH1004. 10And between the cells [and the houseH1004] was a width of twentyH6242 cubitsH520 roundH5439 about the houseH1004 on every side. 11And the entry of the side-chambers was toward what was left free, oneH259 entry toward the northH6828, and oneH259 entry toward the southH1864; and the width of the space left free was fiveH2568 cubitsH520 roundH5439 about. 12And the building that was before the separateH1508 place at the end toward the westH3220 was seventyH7657 cubitsH520 broad; and the wallH7023 of the building was fiveH2568 cubitsH520 thick roundH5439 about; and its lengthH753 ninetyH8673 cubitsH520. 13And he measuredH4058 the houseH1004: the lengthH753 a hundredH3967 cubitsH520; and the separateH1508 place, and the building, and its wallsH7023, the lengthH753 a hundredH3967 cubitsH520; 14and the breadthH7341 of the front of the houseH1004, and of the separateH1508 places toward the eastH6921, a hundredH3967 cubitsH520. 15And he measuredH4058 the lengthH753 of the building before the separateH1508 place, which was at the back of it, with its galleries on the oneH834 side and on the other side, a hundredH3967 cubitsH520; and the innerH6442 templeH1964, and the porchesH197 of the courtH2691. 16The thresholdsH5592, and the closed windowsH2474, and the galleries roundH5439 about the threeH7969 of them (opposite the thresholdsH5592 it was wainscoted with woodH6086 roundH5439 about, and from the groundH776 up to the windowsH2474, and the windowsH2474 were coveredH3680), 17[and] above, over the entry, even unto the innerH6442 houseH1004, and without, and by all the wallH7023 roundH5439 about, within and without, [all was] by measure. 18And it was madeH6213 with cherubimH3742 and palm-trees, and a palm-tree was between cherubH3742 and cherubH3742; and the cherubH3742 had twoH8147 facesH6440: 19the faceH6440 of a manH120 was toward the palm-tree on the one side, and the faceH6440 of a youngH3715 lionH3715 toward the palm-tree on the other side: [so] was it madeH6213 upon all the houseH1004 roundH5439 about. 20From the groundH776 unto above the entry were the cherubimH3742 and the palm-trees madeH6213, and [on] the wallH7023 of the templeH1964. 21As for the templeH1964, the door-posts were squared; and the front of the sanctuaryH6944 had the same appearanceH4758. 22The altarH4196 was of woodH6086, threeH7969 cubitsH520 highH1364, and its lengthH753 twoH8147 cubitsH520; and its cornersH4740, and its lengthH753, and its wallsH7023 were of woodH6086. And he saidH1696 unto me, This is the tableH7979 which is before Jehovah. 23And the templeH1964 and the sanctuaryH6944 had twoH8147 doorsH1817. 24And the doorsH1817 had twoH8147 leaves, twoH8147 turning-leaves: twoH8147 for the oneH259 doorH1817, and twoH8147 leaves for the otherH312. 25And there were madeH6213 on them, on the doorsH1817 of the templeH1964, cherubimH3742 and palm-trees, as there were madeH6213 upon the wallsH7023; and there was a wooden portal in front of the porchH197 without, 26and closed windowsH2474 and palm-trees on the one sideH3802 and on the other sideH3802, on the sidesH6763 of the porchH197 and the sideH3802 chambers of the houseH1004 and the portals.
