1The handH3027 of Jehovah wasH1961 upon me, and Jehovah carried me out in the SpiritH7307, and setH5117 me downH5117 in the midstH8432 of a valleyH1237; and it wasH1961 fullH4392 of bonesH6106. 2And he caused me to passH5674 by them roundH5439 about; and behold, there were veryH3966 manyH7227 in the open valleyH1237; and behold, they were veryH3966 dryH3002. 3And he saidH559 unto me, SonH1121 of manH120, Shall these bonesH6106 liveH2421? And I saidH559, LordH136 Jehovah, thou knowest. 4And he saidH559 unto me, ProphesyH5012 over these bonesH6106, and sayH559 unto them, Ye dryH3002 bonesH6106, hearH8085 the wordH1697 of Jehovah. 5ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah unto these bonesH6106: Behold, I will cause breathH7307 to enter into you, and ye shall liveH2421. 6And I will putH5414 sinewsH1517 upon you, and will bringH5927 up fleshH1320 upon you, and cover you with skinH5785, and putH5414 breathH7307 in you, and ye shall liveH2421: and ye shall knowH3045 that I [am] Jehovah. 7And I prophesiedH5012 as I wasH1961 commandedH6680; and as I prophesiedH5012, there wasH1961 a noise, and behold a rustling, and the bonesH6106 came together, boneH6106 to its boneH6106. 8And I lookedH7200, and behold, sinewsH1517 and fleshH1320 cameH5927 up upon them, and the skinH5785 covered them over; but there was no breathH7307 in them. 9And he saidH559 unto me, ProphesyH5012 unto the windH7307, prophesyH5012, sonH1121 of manH120, and sayH559 to the windH7307, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: ComeH935 from the fourH702 windsH7307, O breathH7307, and breathe upon these slainH2026, that they may liveH2421. 10And I prophesiedH5012 as he had commandedH6680 me, and the breathH7307 cameH935 into them, and they livedH2421, and stoodH5975 up upon their feetH7272, an exceeding greatH1419 armyH2428. 11And he saidH559 unto me, SonH1121 of manH120, these bonesH6106 are the whole houseH1004 of IsraelH3478. Behold, they sayH559, Our bonesH6106 are driedH3001, and our hopeH8615 is lost: we are cutH1504 off! 12ThereforeH3651 prophesyH5012 and sayH559 unto them, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: Behold, I will openH6605 your gravesH6913, and cause you to comeH935 up out of your gravesH6913, O my peopleH5971, and bringH935 you into the landH127 of IsraelH3478. 13And ye shall knowH3045 that I [am] Jehovah, when I have openedH6605 your gravesH6913, and have caused you to comeH5927 up out of your gravesH6913, O my peopleH5971. 14And I will putH5414 my SpiritH7307 in you, and ye shall liveH2421, and I will place you in your own landH127: and ye shall knowH3045 that I Jehovah have spokenH1696, and have done [it], saith Jehovah. 15And the wordH1697 of Jehovah came unto me, sayingH559, 16And thou, sonH1121 of manH120, takeH3947 thee oneH259 stick, and writeH3789 upon it, For JudahH3063, and for the children of IsraelH3478, his companionsH2270. And takeH3947 another stick, and writeH3789 upon it, For JosephH3130, the stick of EphraimH669 and all the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, his companionsH2270. 17And join them oneH259 to another into oneH259 stick; and they shall becomeH1961 oneH259 in thy handH3027. 18And whenH834 the children of my peopleH5971 speak unto thee, sayingH559, Wilt thou not declareH5046 unto us what thou meanest by these? 19sayH559 unto them, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: Behold, I will takeH3947 the stick of JosephH3130, which is in the handH3027 of EphraimH669, and the tribesH7626 of IsraelH3478 his companionsH2270, and will putH5414 them with this, with the stick of JudahH3063, and makeH5414 them oneH259 stick, and they shall beH1961 oneH259 in my handH3027. 20And the sticks whereon thou writest shall beH1961 in thy handH3027 before their eyesH5869. 21And sayH559 unto them, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: Behold, I will takeH3947 the children of IsraelH3478 from among the nationsH1471, whither they are goneH1980, and will gatherH6908 them from every side, and bringH935 them into their own landH127: 22and I will makeH6213 them oneH259 nationH1471 in the landH776 upon the mountainsH2022 of IsraelH3478; and oneH259 kingH4428 shall beH1961 kingH4428 to them all: and they shall beH1961 no more twoH8147 nationsH1471, neither shall they beH1961 dividedH2673 into twoH8147 kingdomsH4467 any more at all. 23And they shall not defileH2930 themselves any more with their idolsH1544, or with their detestableH8251 things, or with any of their transgressionsH6588; and I will saveH3467 them out of all their dwelling-places wherein they have sinnedH2398, and will cleanseH2891 them; and they shall beH1961 my peopleH5971, and I will beH1961 their 1GodH430. 24And DavidH1732 my servantH5650 shall beH1961 kingH4428 over them; and they all shall have oneH259 shepherdH7462: and they shall walk in mine ordinancesH4941, and keepH8104 my statutesH2708, and do them. 25And they shall dwellH3427 in the landH776 that I have givenH5414 unto JacobH3290 my servantH5650, wherein your fathersH1 have dweltH3427; and they shall dwellH3427 therein, they, and their children, and their children's children for everH5769: and DavidH1732 my servantH5650 shall be their princeH5387 for everH5769. 26And I will makeH5414 a covenantH1285 of peaceH7965 with them: it shall beH1961 an everlasting covenantH1285 with them; and I will place them, and multiplyH7235 them, and will setH5414 my sanctuaryH4720 in the midstH8432 of them for everH5769. 27And my tabernacleH4908 shall beH1961 over them; and I will beH1961 their 2GodH430, and they shall beH1961 my peopleH5971. 28And the nationsH1471 shall knowH3045 that I Jehovah do hallow IsraelH3478, when my sanctuaryH4720 shall beH1961 in the midstH8432 of them for everH5769.
