34Theydidאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808destroyהִ֭שְׁמִידוּHish.mi.duH8045thepeoplesהָֽעַמִּ֑יםha.'a.MimH5971, as theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068commandedאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559them;

35Butmingledוַיִּתְעָרְב֥וּvai.yit.'a.re.VuH6148themselves with thenationsבַגּוֹיִ֑םva.go.YimH1471, andlearnedוַֽ֝יִּלְמְד֗וּvai.yil.me.DuH3925theirworksמַֽעֲשֵׂיהֶֽם׃Ma.'a.sei.HemH4639:

36And theyservedוַיַּעַבְד֥וּvai.ya.'av.DuH5647theiridolsעֲצַבֵּיהֶ֑ם'a.tza.bei.HemH6091; whichbecameוַיִּהְי֖וּvai.yih.YuH1961asnareלְמוֹקֵֽשׁ׃le.mo.KeshH4170unto them:

39Thus were theydefiledוַיִּטְמְא֥וּvai.yit.me.'UH2930with theirworksבְמַעֲשֵׂיהֶ֑םve.ma.'a.sei.HemH4639, and went a whoring in theirdoingsבְּמַֽעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃be.Ma.'a.lei.HemH4611.

40Therefore was thewrathאַ֣ף'afH639of theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068kindledH2734againstH2734hispeopleבְּעַמּ֑וֹbe.'a.MoH5971, and heabhorredוַ֝יְתָעֵ֗בvay.ta.'EvH8581hisinheritanceנַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃na.cha.la.ToH5159.

41And hegaveוַיִּתְּנֵ֥םvai.yi.te.NemH5414themintoH3027thehandבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of thenationsגּוֹיִ֑םgo.YimH1471; and they thathatedשֹׂנְאֵיהֶֽם׃so.ne.'ei.HemH8130themruledוַֽיִּמְשְׁל֥וּvai.yim.she.LuH4910over them.
