Ezekiel 34:4-6
4The weak have ye not strengthenedH2388, nor have ye healedH7495 the sickH2470, and ye have not boundH2280 up [what was] brokenH7665, neither have ye broughtH7725 again that which was drivenH5080 awayH7725, neither have ye soughtH1245 for that which was lost; but with harshness and with rigour have ye ruled over them.
5And they wereH1961 scatteredH6327 because there wasH1961 no shepherdH7462; and they becameH1961 meat to all the beasts of the fieldH7704, and wereH1961 scatteredH6327.
6My sheepH6629 wandered through all the mountainsH2022, and upon every highH7311 hillH2022, and my sheepH6629 have been scatteredH6327 upon all the faceH6440 of the earthH776, and there was none that searchedH1245, or that soughtH1245 for them.
