Ezekiel 31:10-14
ThereforeH3651 thusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: Because thou hast liftedH7311 up thyself in statureH6967, ...and he hath setH5414 his top amidst the thick boughs, and his heartH3824 is liftedH7311 up in his heightH6967,
I have givenH5414 him into the handH3027 of the mighty one of the nationsH1471; he shall surely deal with him: I have drivenH1644 him out for his wickednessH7562.
And strangersH2114, the terrible of the nationsH1471, have cutH3772 him off and have leftH5203 him; upon the mountainsH2022 and in all the valleysH1516 his branchesH1808 are fallenH5307, and his boughs are brokenH7665 in all the watercourses of the landH776; and all the peoplesH5971 of the earthH776 are goneH3381 downH3381 from his shadowH6738, and have leftH5203 him.
Upon his fallen [trunk] do all the fowl of the heavensH8064 dwellH7931, and all the beasts of the fieldH7704 are upon his branchesH6288:
to the end that none of all the treesH6086 by the watersH4325 exalt themselves in their statureH6967, nor setH5414 their top amidst the thick boughs, and that none of them that drinkH8354 waterH4325 standH5975 up in his heightH6967 by himself; for they are all givenH5414 over unto deathH4194 in the lower partsH8482 of the earthH776, in the midstH8432 of the children of menH120, with them that goH3381 down to the pitH953.
