Deuteronomy 15:9-11
9Beware that there beH1961 not a wicked thought in thy heartH3824, sayingH559, The seventh yearH8141, the yearH8141 of release, is at hand; and thine eyeH5869 beH1961 evil against thy poor brotherH251, and thou givest him nought; and he cry against thee to Jehovah, and it beH1961 sinH2399 in thee.
10Thou shalt bountifully giveH5414 unto him, and thy heartH3824 shall not be evil-disposed when thou givest unto him; because for this thingH1697 Jehovah thy 1GodH430 will blessH1288 thee in all thy worksH4639, and in all the business of thy handH3027.
11For the needyH34 shall never ceaseH2308 from within the landH776; thereforeH3651 I commandH6680 thee, sayingH559, Thou shalt openH6605 thy handH3027 bountifully unto thy brotherH251, to thy poorH6041 and to thy needyH34, in thy landH776.
