Deuteronomy 15:9-11
9BewareH8104 that there be notH3808 a baseH1100 thoughtH559 in thine heartH3824, sayingH559, The seventhH7651 yearH8141, the yearH8141 of release, is at handH5414; and thine eyeH5869 be evilH1100 againstH5921 thy poorH34 brotherH251, and thou giveH5414 him nought; and he cryH7121 unto the LORDH3068 againstH5921 thee, and it be sinH2399 unto thee.
10Thou shalt surelyH3588 giveH5414 him, and thine heartH3824 shall notH3808 be grieved when thou givest unto him: becauseH3588 that for this thingH1697 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 shall blessH1288 thee in allH3605 thy workH4639, and in allH3605 that thou puttest thine handH3027 unto.
11For the poorH6041 shall neverH3808 ceaseH2308 outH5921 of the landH776: therefore I commandH6680 thee, sayingH559, Thou shalt surelyH3588 openH6605 thine handH3027 unto thy brotherH251, to thy needyH34, and to thy poorH6041, in thy landH776.
