Deuteronomy 15:9-11
9Beware that there beH1961 not a base thought in thy heartH3824, sayingH559, The seventh yearH8141, the yearH8141 of release, is at hand; and thine eyeH5869 beH1961 evil against thy poor brotherH251, and thou giveH5414 him nought; and he cry unto Jehovah against thee, and it beH1961 sinH2399 unto thee. 10Thou shalt surely giveH5414 him, and thy heartH3824 shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him; because that for this thingH1697 Jehovah thy GodH430 will blessH1288 thee in all thy workH4639, and in all that thou puttest thy handH3027 unto. 11For the poorH6041 will never ceaseH2308 out of the landH776: thereforeH3651 I commandH6680 thee, sayingH559, Thou shalt surely openH6605 thy handH3027 unto thy brotherH251, to thy needyH34, and to thy poorH6041, in thy landH776.
