Deuteronomy 1:13-16

ProvideH3051 you wiseH2450 and understandingH995 and knownH3045 menH376, according to your tribesH7626, that I may makeH7760 them your chiefsH7218.

And ye answered me, and saidH559, The thingH1697 that thou hast spokenH1696 is goodH2896 [for us] to do.

So I tookH3947 the chiefsH7218 of your tribesH7626, wiseH2450 menH376 and knownH3045, and madeH5414 them chiefsH7218 over you, captains of thousandsH505, and captains of hundredsH3967, and captains of fiftiesH2572, and captains of tensH6235, and officers for your tribesH7626.

And I commandedH6680 your judgesH8199 at that timeH6256, sayingH559, HearH8085 [the causes] between your brethren, and judgeH8199 righteously between a manH376 and his brotherH251, and him also that sojourneth with him.
