22The disciplesμαθηταί,mathētaiG3101beganlookingἔβλεπονebleponG991at oneἀλλήλουςallēlousG240anotherG240,atG639aG639lossG639to knowof whichG5101oneG5101He was speakingλέγει.¶legeiG3004.

24SoοὖνounG3767SimonΣίμωνSimōnG4613PeterΠέτροςPetrosG4074noddedνεύειneueiG3506to this discipleand saidG3004to him, “TellG3004uswhoτίςtisG5101it is of whomοὗhouG3739He is speakingλέγει.legeiG3004.”

25He then simplyοὕτωςhoutōsG3779leanedG377backG377on Jesus’ἸησοῦIēsouG2424chestστῆθοςstēthosG4738and saidλέγειlegeiG3004to Him, “Lordκύριε,kurieG2962,whoτίςtisG5101is it?”

26JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424thenοὖνounG3767answeredἀποκρίνεταιapokrinetaiG611,“ThatG1565manG1565is the one for whomᾧhōG3739I shall dipβάψωbapsōG911the pieceψωμίονpsōmionG5596of breadand giveδώσωdōsōG1325it to him.”SoG3767when He had dippedβάψαςbapsasG911the pieceψωμίονpsōmionG5596of bread,He tookλαμβάνειlambaneiG2983and gaveδίδωσινdidōsinG1325itto JudasἸούδᾳIoudaG2455, the sonof SimonΣίμωνοςSimōnosG4613IscariotἸσκαριώτου.IskariōtouG2469.

27AfterμετὰmetaG3326this,Satanσατανᾶς.¶satanasG4567thenτότεtoteG5119enteredεἰσῆλθενeisēlthenG1525him. ThereforeοὖνounG3767JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424saidΛέγειLegeiG3004to him,“WhatὃhoG3739you are doingποιεῖς,poieisG4160,doποίησονpoiēsonG4160itquicklyG5036.”

28NowδὲdeG1161noneοὐδεὶςoudeisG3762of thoseτῶνtōnG3588recliningἀνακειμένωνanakeimenōnG345at the tableknewἔγνωegnōG1097for whatτίtiG5101purposeπρὸςprosG4314He had saidG3004thisτοῦτοtoutoG3778to him.

29For someτινὲςtinesG5100were assumingἐδόκουν,edokounG1380,sinceἐπεὶepeiG1893JudasἸούδας,IoudasG2455keptεἶχενeichenG2192the moneyγλωσσόκομονglōssokomonG1101boxG1101,that JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424was sayingλέγειlegeiG3004to him, “BuyἀγόρασονagorasonG59the things we needχρείαν ἔχομενchreian echomenG2192 G5532for the feastἑορτήν,he'ortēnG1859”;orG2228elseG2228, that he was togiveδῷ.dōG1325somethingτιtiG5100to the poorπτωχοῖςptōchoisG4434.

30SoοὖνounG3767after receivingλαβὼνlabōnG2983the pieceψωμίονpsōmionG5596of bread,he leftἐξῆλθενexēlthenG1831immediatelyG2117; andit was nightνύξ.¶nuxG3571.

31ThereforeοὖνounG3767whenὍτεHoteG3753he had leftἐξῆλθεν,exēlthenG1831,JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424saidλέγειlegeiG3004,“NowνῦνnunG3568isthe SonυἱὸςhuiosG5207of Manἀνθρώπου,anthrōpouG444glorifiedἐδοξάσθηedoxasthēG1392, andGodθεὸςtheosG2316is glorifiedἐδοξάσθηedoxasthēG1392in Him;

32ifεἰeiG1487GodθεὸςtheosG2316is glorifiedἐδοξάσθηedoxasthēG1392in Him,GodθεὸςtheosG2316will alsoG2532glorifyδοξάσειdoxaseiG1392Him in HimselfG846,and will glorifyδοξάσειdoxaseiG1392Him immediatelyG2117.

33Littleτεκνία,tekniaG5040childrenG5040,I amεἰμι.eimiG1510still with youa littleμικρὸνmikronG3398longerἔτιetiG2089.You will lookG2212forG2212Me; and justG2531asG2531I saidλέγωlegōG3004to theJewsἸουδαίοιςIoudaioisG2453,nowἄρτι.¶artiG737I alsoG2532sayG3004to you: ‘WhereὅπουhopouG3699I am goingὑπάγω,hupagōG5217,you cannotοὐ δύνασθεou dunastheG1410 G3756comeG1831.’

34I am givingδίδωμιdidōmiG1325you anewκαινὴνkainēnG2537commandmentἘντολὴνEntolēnG1785,that you loveἀγαπᾶτεagapateG25oneἀλλήλους,allēlousG240anotherG240;justG2531asG2531I have lovedἠγάπησαēgapēsaG25you, that you alsoκαὶkaiG2532loveἀγαπᾶτεagapateG25oneἀλλήλους.allēlousG240anotherG240.

35By thisτούτῳtoutōG3778allπάντεςpantesG3956peoplewill knowγνώσονταιgnōsontaiG1097that you are My disciplesμαθηταίmathētaiG3101:ifἐὰνeanG1437you haveἔχητεechēteG2192loveἀγάπηνagapēnG26for oneἀλλήλοις.allēloisG240anotherG240.”
