19ThisG3778 is 1the testimonyG3141 of JohnG2491, whenG3753 2the JewsG2453 sentG649 to him priestsG2409 and LevitesG3019 3from JerusalemG2414 to askG2065 him, “WhoG5101 are you?” 20And he confessedG3670 and did not denyG720, but confessedG3670, “4I amG1510 not 5the ChristG5547.” 21They askedG2065 him, “WhatG5101 thenG3767? Are you 6ElijahG2243?” And he saidG3004, “I amG1510 not.” “Are you 7the ProphetG4396?” And he answeredG611, “NoG3756.” 22ThenG3767 they saidG3004 to him, “WhoG5101 are you, soG2443 that we may giveG1325 an answerG612 to thoseG3588 who sentG3992 us?
