Deuteronomy 9:1-4
HearH8085, IsraelH3478! Thou art to passH5674 over the JordanH3383 this dayH3117, to enter in to possessH3423 nationsH1471 greaterH1419 and mightierH6099 than thou, citiesH5892 greatH1419 and walled up to heavenH8064,
a peopleH5971 greatH1419 and tall, the sonsH1121 of the Anakim, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heardH8085 [say], Who can standH3320 before the sonsH1121 of AnakH6061!
KnowH3045 then this dayH3117, that Jehovah thy 1GodH430 is he that goeth over before thee, a consumingH398 fireH784; he will destroyH8045 them, and he will cast them down before thee, and thou shalt dispossessH3423 them and cause them to perishH6 quicklyH4118, as Jehovah hath saidH1696 unto thee.
Thou shalt not sayH559 in thy heartH3824, when Jehovah thy 2GodH430 thrusteth them out from before thee, sayingH559, For my righteousnessH6666 Jehovah hath broughtH935 me in to possessH3423 this landH776; but for the wickednessH7564 of these nationsH1471 doth Jehovah dispossessH3423 them from before thee.
