Deuteronomy 8:2-3
2And thou shalt rememberH2142 all the wayH1870 which Jehovah thy 1GodH430 led thee these fortyH705 yearsH8141 in the wildernessH4057, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to knowH3045 what was in thy heartH3824, whether thou wouldest keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687 or not.
3And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hungerH7456, and fed thee with the mannaH4478, which thou hadst not knownH3045, and which thy fathersH1 knewH3045 not; that he might makeH3045 thee knowH3045 that manH120 doth not liveH2421 by breadH3899 aloneH905, but by everythingH3605 that goeth out of the mouthH6310 of Jehovah doth manH120 liveH2421.
