Deuteronomy 21:6-9
And all the eldersH2205 of that cityH5892, that are nearestH7138 unto him that is slainH2491, shall washH7364 their handsH3027 over the heiferH5697 whose neckH6202 is brokenH6202 in the watercourse,
and shall answerH6030 and sayH559, Our handsH3027 have not shedH8210 this bloodH1818, neither have our eyesH5869 seenH7200 it.
Forgive thy peopleH5971 IsraelH3478, whom thou, Jehovah, hast redeemedH6299, and lay not innocentH5355 bloodH1818 to the charge of thy peopleH5971 IsraelH3478; and the bloodH1818 shall be expiated for them.
So shalt thou put away innocentH5355 bloodH1818 from thy midstH7130, when thou shalt do what is rightH3477 in the eyesH5869 of Jehovah.
