Deuteronomy 21:6-9
and allH3605 the eldersH2205 of that cityH5892, who are nearestH7138 unto the slainH2491 manH2205, shall washH7364 their handsH3027 over the heiferH5697 whoseH3605 neckH6202 was brokenH6202 in the valleyH5158:
and they shall answerH6030 and sayH559, Our handsH3027 have notH3808 shedH8210 this bloodH1818, neitherH3808 have our eyesH5869 seenH7200 it.
ForgiveH3722, O LORDH3068, thy peopleH5971 IsraelH3478, whomH834 thou hast redeemedH6299, and suffer notH408 innocentH5355 bloodH1818 to remain in the midstH7130 of thy peopleH5971 IsraelH3478. And the bloodH1818 shall be forgiven them.
SoH6213 shalt thou put away the innocentH5355 bloodH1818 from the midstH7130 of thee, when thou shalt doH6213 that whichH5869 is rightH3477 in the eyesH5869 of the LORDH3068.
