Deuteronomy 16:16-20
ThreeH7969 timesH6471 in the yearH8141 shall all thy malesH2138 appearH7200 before Jehovah thy 1GodH430 in the placeH4725 which he will chooseH977, at the feastH2282 of unleavenedH4682 breadH4682, and at the feastH2282 of weeksH7620, and at the feastH2282 of tabernacles; and they shall not appearH7200 before Jehovah emptyH7387:
each [shall giveH5414] according to that which is in his power to giveH5414, according to the blessingH1293 of Jehovah thy 2GodH430 which he hath givenH5414 thee.
JudgesH8199 and officersH7860 shalt thou makeH5414 thee in all thy gatesH8179, which Jehovah thy 3GodH430 giveth thee, throughout thy tribesH7626, that they may judgeH8199 the peopleH5971 with just judgmentH4941.
Thou shalt not wrest judgmentH4941; thou shalt not respect persons, neither takeH3947 a bribeH7810; for the bribeH7810 blindeth the eyesH5869 of the wiseH2450, and perverteth the wordsH1697 of the righteousH6662.
Perfect justice shalt thou follow, that thou mayest liveH2421, and possessH3423 the landH776 that Jehovah thy 4GodH430 giveth thee.
