Deuteronomy 1:38-44
JoshuaH3091 the sonH1121 of NunH5126, who standeth before thee, he shall goH935 in thither: strengthenH2388 him, for he shall cause IsraelH3478 to inheritH5157 it.
And your littleH2945 onesH2945, of whom ye saidH559, They shall beH1961 a preyH957, and your children, who this dayH3117 knowH3045 neither goodH2896 nor evilH7451, they shall goH935 in thither, and unto them will I giveH5414 it, and they shall possessH3423 it.
But ye, turnH6437, and take your journeyH1870 into the wildernessH4057 by the wayH1870 of the Red seaH3220.
— And ye answered and saidH559 unto me, We have sinnedH2398 against Jehovah, we will goH5927 up and fightH3898, according to all that Jehovah our 1GodH430 hath commandedH6680 us. And ye girdedH2296 on every manH376 his weaponsH3627 of warH4421, and ye would goH5927 presumptuously up the hillH2022.
And Jehovah saidH559 to me, SayH559 unto them, GoH5927 not up, neither fightH3898; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemiesH341.
And I spokeH1696 unto you, but ye would not hearH8085, and ye rebelledH4784 against the word of Jehovah, and actedH2102 presumptuouslyH2102, and wentH5927 up the hillH2022.
And the AmoriteH567 that dweltH3427 on that hillH2022 cameH3318 out against you, and chased you, like as beesH1682 do, and cut you in pieces in SeirH8165, as far as HormahH2767.
