Acts 25:9-12
But FestusG5347, desirous of obliging the JewsG2453, to acquire their favour, answeringG611 PaulG3972, saidG3004, Art thou willingG2309 to goG305 up to JerusalemG2414, there to be judgedG2919 before me concerningG4012 these thingsG3778?
But PaulG3972 saidG3004, I amG1510 standingG2476 before the judgment-seat of CaesarG2541, whereG3757 I oughtG1163 to beG1510 judgedG2919. To the JewsG2453 have I done no wrongG91, as thou alsoG2532 very well knowest.
If then I have done any wrongG91 and committed anythingG5100 worthyG514 of deathG2288, I do not deprecate dyingG599; but if there isG1510 nothing of those thingsG3778 of which they accuseG2723 me, no manG3778 can give me up to them. I appealG1941 to CaesarG2541.
ThenG5119 FestusG5347, having conferred with the council, answeredG611, Thou hast appealedG1941 to CaesarG2541. To CaesarG2541 shalt thou goG4198.
