Isaiah 51:3-5
3For Jehovah hath comfortedH5162 ZionH6726; he hath comfortedH5162 all her wasteH2723 placesH2723, and hath madeH7760 her wildernessH4057 like EdenH5731, and her desertH6160 like the gardenH1588 of Jehovah; joyH8057 and gladnessH8057 shall be foundH4672 therein, thanksgivingH8426, and the voiceH6963 of melody.
4Attend unto me, O my peopleH5971; and giveH238 earH238 unto me, O my nation: for a lawH8451 shall goH3318 forthH3318 from me, and I will establish my justiceH4941 for a lightH216 of the peoplesH5971. 5My righteousnessH6664 is near, my salvationH3468 is goneH3318 forthH3318, and mine armsH2220 shall judgeH8199 the peoplesH5971; the isles shall waitH3176 for me, and on mine armH2220 shall they trust.
