26that confirmeth the wordH1697 of his servantH5650, and performeth the counselH6098 of his messengersH4397; that saith of JerusalemH3389, She shall be inhabitedH3427; and of the citiesH5892 of JudahH3063, They shall be builtH1129, and I will raiseH6965 up the wasteH2723 placesH2723 thereof; 27that saith to the deep, Be dryH3001, and I will dryH3001 up thy riversH5104; 28That saith of CyrusH3566, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasureH2656, even sayingH559 of JerusalemH3389, She shall be builtH1129; and of the templeH1964, Thy foundation shall be laid.
