41And hegaveוַיִּתְּנֵ֥םvai.yi.te.NemH5414themintoH3027thehandבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of thenationsגּוֹיִ֑םgo.YimH1471; and they thathatedשֹׂנְאֵיהֶֽם׃so.ne.'ei.HemH8130themruledוַֽיִּמְשְׁל֥וּvai.yim.she.LuH4910over them.

42Theirenemiesאוֹיְבֵיהֶ֑ם'oy.vei.HemH341alsooppressedוַיִּלְחָצ֥וּםvai.yil.cha.TzumH3905them, and they werebroughtH3027intoH3027subjectionunderתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478theirhandיָדָֽם׃ya.DamH3027.

43Manyרַבּ֗וֹתra.BotH7227timesפְּעָמִ֥יםpe.'a.MimH6471did hedeliverיַצִּ֫ילֵ֥םya.Tzi.LemH5337them; but they wererebelliousיַמְר֣וּyam.RuH4784in theircounselבַעֲצָתָ֑םva.'a.tza.TamH6098, and werebroughtH4355lowH4355in theiriniquityבַּעֲוֹנָֽם׃ba.'a.vo.NamH5771.

44Nevertheless heregardedוַ֭יַּרְאVai.yar'H7200theirdistressבַּצַּ֣רba.TzarH6862, when heheardבְּ֝שָׁמְע֗וֹbe.sha.me.'OH8085theircryרִנָּתָֽם׃ri.na.TamH7440:

45And herememberedוַיִּזְכֹּ֣רvai.yiz.KorH2142for them hiscovenantבְּרִית֑וֹbe.ri.ToH1285, andrepentedוַ֝יִּנָּחֵ֗םvai.yi.na.ChemH5162according to themultitudeכְּרֹ֣בke.RoH7230of his mercies.
