Leviticus 5

1And if any one sinH2398, and hearH8085 the voiceH6963 of adjuration, and he is a witnessH5707 whether he hath seenH7200 or knownH3045 [it], if he do not give information, then he shall bearH5375 his iniquityH5771. 2Or if any one touchH5060 any uncleanH2931 thingH1697, whether it be the carcase of an uncleanH2931 beast, or the carcase of uncleanH2931 cattleH929, or the carcase of an uncleanH2931 crawling thingH1697, and it be hid from him, — he also is uncleanH2931 and guiltyH816; 3or if he touchH5060 the uncleannessH2932 of manH120, any uncleannessH2932 of him by which he is defiledH2930, and it be hid from him, when he knoweth [it], then he is guiltyH816. 4Or if any oneH259 swearH7650, talking rashlyH981 with the lipsH8193, to do evilH7489 or to do goodH3190, in everythingH3605 that a manH120 shall say rashlyH981 with an oathH7621, and it be hid from him, when he knoweth [it], then is he guiltyH816 in oneH259 of these. 5And it shall beH1961, when he shall beH1961 guiltyH816 in oneH259 of these, that he shall confessH3034 wherein he hath sinnedH2398; 6and he shall bringH935 his trespass-offering to Jehovah for his sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398, a femaleH5347 from the small cattle, a sheepH6629 or doe goatH5795, for a sin-offering; and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him [to cleanseH2398 him] from his sinH2398. 7And if his handH3027 be not able to bringH935 what is so much as a sheepH7716, then he shall bringH935 for his trespass which he hath sinnedH2398 twoH8147 turtle-doves or twoH8147 youngH1121 pigeons, to Jehovah; oneH259 for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering. 8And he shall bringH935 them unto the priestH3548, who shall presentH7126 that which is for the sin-offering firstH7223, and pinch off his headH7218 at the neckH6203, but shall not divide it; 9and he shall sprinkle of the bloodH1818 of the sin-offering on the wallH7023 of the altarH4196; and the rest of the bloodH1818 shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altarH4196: it is a sin-offering. 10And he shall offerH6213 the other for a burnt-offering, according to the ordinanceH4941. And the priestH3548 shall makeH6213 atonementH3722 for him [to cleanseH2398 him] from his sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398, and it shall be forgivenH5545 him. 11But if his handH3027 cannot attain to twoH8147 turtle-doves, or twoH8147 youngH1121 pigeons, then he that sinnedH2398 shall bringH935 for his offeringH7133 the tenthH6224 part of an ephahH374 of fineH5560 flourH5560 for a sin-offering: he shall putH5414 no oilH8081 on it, neither shall he putH5414 frankincenseH3828 thereon; for it is a sin-offering. 12And he shall bringH935 it to the priestH3548, and the priestH3548 shall take his handfulH7062 of it, the memorialH234 thereof, and burn it on the altarH4196, with Jehovah's offeringsH801 by fireH801: it is a sin-offering. 13And the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him concerning his sinH2398 which he hath sinnedH2398 in oneH259 of these, and it shall beH1961 forgivenH5545 him; and it shall beH1961 the priest's, as the oblation. 14And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559, 15If any oneH4480 act unfaithfully and sinH2398 through inadvertence in the holyH6944 thingsH6944 of Jehovah, then he shall bringH935 his trespass-offering to Jehovah, a ramH352 without blemish out of the small cattle, according to thy valuationH6187 by shekelsH8255 of silverH3701, according to the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944, for a trespass-offering. 16And he shall makeH5414 restitutionH7999 for the wrong that he hath done in the holyH6944 thingsH6944, and shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 part thereto, and shall giveH5414 it unto the priestH3548; and the priestH3548 shall makeH5414 atonementH3722 for him with the ramH352 of the trespass-offering, and it shall be forgivenH5545 him. 17And if any oneH259 sinH2398 and do against any of all the commandmentsH4687 of Jehovah what should not be done, and hath not knownH3045 [it], yet is he guiltyH816, and shall bearH5375 his iniquityH5771. 18And he shall bringH935 a ramH352 without blemish out of the small cattle, according to thy valuationH6187, as trespass-offering, unto the priestH3548; and the priestH3548 shall makeH3045 atonementH3722 for him concerning his inadvertence wherein he sinned inadvertently, and knewH3045 [it] not, and it shall be forgivenH5545 him. 19It is a trespass-offering: he hath certainly trespassed against Jehovah.
