Leviticus 19
1And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto all the assemblyH5712 of the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, HolyH6918 shall ye beH1961, for I Jehovah your 1GodH430 am holyH6918. 3Ye shall reverence every manH376 his motherH517, and his fatherH1, and my sabbathsH7676 shall ye keepH8104: I am Jehovah your 2GodH430. 4Ye shall not turnH6437 unto idolsH457, and ye shall not makeH6213 to yourselves molten 3godsH430: I am Jehovah your 4GodH430. 5And if ye sacrificeH2077 a sacrificeH2077 of peace-offering to Jehovah, ye shall sacrificeH2077 it for your acceptanceH7522. 6On the dayH3117 when ye sacrificeH2077 it shall it be eatenH398, and on the morrow; and that which remaineth until the thirdH7992 dayH3117 shall be burnedH8313 with fireH784. 7And if it be eatenH398 at all on the thirdH7992 dayH3117, it is an uncleanH6292 thing: it shall not be acceptedH7521. 8And he that eateth it shall bearH5375 his iniquityH5771; for he hath profanedH2490 the hallowed thingH6944 of Jehovah; and that soulH5315 shall be cutH3772 off from among his peoplesH5971. 9And when ye reapH7114 the harvestH7105 of your landH776, thou shalt not wholly reapH7114 the cornersH6285 of thy fieldH7704, and the gleaning of thy harvestH7105 thou shalt not gatherH3950. 10And thy vineyardH3754 shalt thou not gleanH3950, neither shalt thou gatherH3950 what hath been leftH5800 of thy vineyardH3754; thou shalt leaveH5800 them for the poorH6041 and the stranger: I am Jehovah your 5GodH430. 11Ye shall not stealH1589, and ye shall not dealH8266 falselyH8266, and ye shall not lie oneH376 to another. 12And ye shall not swearH7650 by my nameH8034 falsely, and profaneH2490 the nameH8034 of thy 6GodH430: I am Jehovah. 13Thou shalt not oppressH6231 thy neighbour, neither robH1497 him. The wagesH6468 of the hired servant shall not abide with thee all night until the morningH1242. 14Thou shalt not revile a deafH2795 person, and thou shalt not putH5414 a stumbling-block before a blindH5787 one; but thou shalt fearH3372 thy 7GodH430: I am Jehovah. 15Ye shall do no unrighteousnessH5766 in judgmentH4941; thou shalt not respect the person of the lowly, nor honour the person of the greatH1419; in righteousnessH6664 shalt thou judgeH8199 thy neighbour. 16Thou shalt not go about as a talebearer among thy peopleH5971; thou shalt not standH5975 up against the life of thy neighbour: I am Jehovah. 17Thou shalt not hateH8130 thy brotherH251 in thy heartH3824; thou shalt earnestly rebukeH3198 thy neighbour, lest thou bearH5375 sinH2399 on account of him. 18Thou shalt not avengeH5358 thyself, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy peopleH5971, but thou shalt loveH157 thy neighbour as thyself: I am Jehovah. 19My statutesH2708 shall ye observeH8104. Thou shalt not let thy cattleH929 gender with another sort; thou shalt not sowH2232 thy fieldH7704 with seedH2232 of twoH3610 sorts; and a garmentH899 woven of twoH3610 materials shall not comeH5927 upon thee. 20And if a manH376 lieH7901 with a womanH802 for copulation, and she is a bondwoman betrothed to a husbandH376, but not at all ransomedH6299, nor hath freedom beenH1961 givenH5414 to her, there shall beH1961 a chastisement: they shall not beH1961 putH5414 to deathH4191, for she wasH1961 not free. 21And he shall bringH935 his trespass-offering to Jehovah, unto the entranceH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, a ramH352 for a trespass-offering. 22And the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him with the ramH352 of the trespass-offering before Jehovah for his sinH2398 which he hath done; and the sinH2398 which he hath done shall be forgivenH5545 him. 23And when ye comeH935 into the landH776 and plantH5193 all manner of treesH6086 for foodH3978, then ye shall count its fruitH6529 as uncircumcisedH6189, threeH7969 yearsH8141 shall it beH1961 uncircumcisedH6189 unto you: it shall not beH1961 eatenH398 of; 24and in the fourthH7243 yearH8141 all the fruitH6529 thereof shall beH1961 holyH6944 for praise to Jehovah; 25and in the fifthH2549 yearH8141 shall ye eatH398 the fruitH6529 thereof, that it may increaseH3254 unto you the produceH6529 thereof: I am Jehovah your 8GodH430. 26Ye shall eatH398 nothing with the bloodH1818. — Ye shall not practise enchantment, nor use auguries. 27— Ye shall not shave the cornersH6285 of your headH7218 roundH5362, neither shalt thou mutilate the cornersH6285 of thy beardH2206. 28And cuttings for a dead personH5315 shall ye not makeH5414 in your fleshH1320, nor putH5414 any tattoo writing upon you: I am Jehovah. 29— Do not profaneH2490 thy daughterH1323, to give her up to whoredom; lest the landH776 practise whoredom, and the landH776 become fullH4390 of infamy. 30— My sabbathsH7676 shall ye keepH8104, and my sanctuaryH4720 shall ye reverence: I am Jehovah. 31— TurnH6437 not unto necromancers and unto soothsayers; seekH1245 not after them to makeH2930 yourselvesH2930 uncleanH2930: I am Jehovah your 9GodH430. 32Before the hoary head thou shalt riseH6965 up, and shalt honour the faceH6440 of an oldH2205 manH2205; and thou shalt fearH3372 thy 10GodH430: I am Jehovah. 33And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your landH776, ye shall not molest him. 34As oneH4480 born among you shall the stranger who sojourneth with you beH1961 unto you; and thou shalt loveH157 him as thyself; for ye wereH1961 strangers in the landH776 of EgyptH4714: I am Jehovah your 11GodH430. 35Ye shall do no unrighteousnessH5766 in judgmentH4941, in measureH4884 of length, in weightH4948, and in measureH4884 of capacity: 36just balances, just weightsH68, a just ephahH374, and a just hinH1969 shall ye have: I am Jehovah your 12GodH430, who broughtH3318 you out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714. 37And ye shall observeH8104 all my statutesH2708, and all mine ordinancesH4941, and do them: I am Jehovah.
