Leviticus 27
1And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto the children of IsraelH3478 and sayH559 unto them, When any oneH376 devoteth [anything] by a vowH5088, the personsH5315 shall be for Jehovah according to thy valuationH6187. 3And thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 of the maleH2145 from twentyH6242 yearsH8141 old even unto sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 old: thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 fiftyH2572 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701, after the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944; 4and if it beH1961 of a femaleH5347, thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 thirtyH7970 shekelsH8255. 5And if it beH1961 from fiveH2568 yearsH8141 old even unto twentyH6242 yearsH8141 old, thy valuationH6187 of the maleH2145 shall beH1961 twentyH6242 shekelsH8255, and for the femaleH5347 tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 6And if it beH1961 from a monthH2320 old even unto fiveH2568 yearsH8141 old, thy valuationH6187 of the maleH2145 shall beH1961 fiveH2568 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701; and for the femaleH5347 thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 threeH7969 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701. 7And if it beH1961 from sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 old and above, if it beH1961 a maleH2145, thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 fifteen shekelsH8255; and for the femaleH5347 tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 8And if he be poorer than thy valuationH6187, he shall present himself before the priestH3548, and the priestH3548 shall value him: according to his means that vowedH5087 shall the priestH3548 value him. 9And if it beH1961 a beast whereof men bringH7126 an offeringH7133 unto Jehovah, all that they giveH5414 of such unto Jehovah shall beH1961 holyH6944. 10They shall not alter it nor change it, a goodH2896 for a badH7451, or a badH7451 for a goodH2896; and if he at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchangeH4171 thereof shall beH1961 holyH6944. 11And if it be any uncleanH2931 beast, of which they do not bringH7126 an offeringH7133 unto Jehovah, then he shall presentH7126 the beast before the priestH3548; 12and the priestH3548 shall value it, [judging] between goodH2896 and badH7451: according to the valuationH6187 of the priestH3548, soH3651 shall it beH1961. 13And if they will in any wise redeemH1350 it, then they shall addH3254 a fifthH2549 [part] thereof unto thy valuationH6187. 14And when any oneH376 halloweth his houseH1004, that it may be holyH6944 to Jehovah, the priestH3548 shall value it, [judging] between goodH2896 and badH7451: as the priestH3548 shall value it, soH3651 shall it standH6965. 15And if he that halloweth it will redeemH1350 his houseH1004, he shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 of the moneyH3701 of thy valuationH6187 unto it, and it shall beH1961 his. 16And if a manH376 hallow to Jehovah [part] of a fieldH7704 of his possessionH272, thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 according to what may beH1961 sown in it: the homer of barleyH8184 seedH2233 at fiftyH2572 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701. 17If he hallow his fieldH7704 from the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104, according to thy valuationH6187 shall it standH6965; 18but if he hallow his fieldH7704 after the jubileeH3104, then the priestH3548 shall reckon unto him the moneyH3701 according to the yearsH8141 that remainH3498, until the yearH8141 of the jubileeH3104; and there shall be a reduction from thy valuationH6187. 19And if he that hallowed the fieldH7704 will in any wise redeemH1350 it, he shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 of the moneyH3701 of thy valuationH6187 unto it, and it shall be assured to him; 20but if he do not redeemH1350 the fieldH7704, or if he sellH4376 the fieldH7704 to another manH376, it cannot be redeemedH1350 any more; 21and the fieldH7704, when it goeth out in the jubileeH3104, shall beH1961 holyH6944 to Jehovah, as a fieldH7704 devoted; the possessionH272 thereof shall beH1961 the priest's. 22And if he hallow to Jehovah a fieldH7704 that he hath bought, which is not of the fieldsH7704 of his possessionH272, 23the priestH3548 shall reckon unto him the amount of thy valuationH6187, unto the yearH8141 of the jubileeH3104; and he shall giveH5414 thy valuationH6187 on that dayH3117, [as] holyH6944 to Jehovah. 24In the yearH8141 of the jubileeH3104 the fieldH7704 shall returnH7725 unto him of whom it was boughtH7069 — to him to whom the landH776 belonged. 25And all thy valuationH6187 shall beH1961 according to the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944: twentyH6242 gerahsH1626 shall beH1961 the shekelH8255. 26OnlyH389 the firstling which is offered as firstling to Jehovah among the cattleH929, that shall no manH376 hallow, whether it be oxH7794 or sheepH7716; it is Jehovah's. 27But if it be of an uncleanH2931 beast, then he shall ransomH6299 it according to thy valuationH6187, and shall addH3254 a fifthH2549 of it thereto; and if it be not redeemedH1350, it shall be soldH4376 according to thy valuationH6187. 28Notwithstanding, no devoted thingH6944 that a manH376 hath devoted to Jehovah of all that he hath, of manH376 or beast, or of the fieldH7704 of his possessionH272, shall be soldH4376 or redeemedH1350: every devoted thingH6944 is most holyH6944 to Jehovah. 29Nothing devoted, which shall be devoted from among menH120, shall be ransomedH6299: it shall certainlyH4191 be putH4191 to deathH4191. 30And as to every titheH4643 of the landH776, of the seedH2233 of the landH776, and of the fruitH6529 of the treeH6086, it is Jehovah's: it is holyH6944 to Jehovah. 31And if any oneH376 will at all redeemH1350 of his tithesH4643, he shall addH3254 thereto the fifthH2549 thereof. 32And as to every titheH4643 of the herdH1241, or of the flockH6629, of whatever passeth under the rodH7626, the tenthH6224 shall beH1961 holyH6944 to Jehovah. 33He shall not search whether it beH1961 goodH2896 or badH7451, neither shall he change it; and if he change it at all, then both it and the exchangeH4171 thereof shall beH1961 holyH6944; it shall not beH1961 redeemedH1350. 34These are the commandmentsH4687 which Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872 for the children of IsraelH3478 upon mount SinaiH5514.
