Leviticus 13
1And Jehovah spokeH1696 to MosesH4872 and to AaronH175, sayingH559, 2When a manH120 shall have in the skinH5785 of his fleshH1320 a rising or a scab, or brightH934 spotH934, and it becomeH1961 in the skinH5785 of his fleshH1320 a sore [as] of leprosy, then he shall beH1961 broughtH935 unto AaronH175 the priestH3548, or unto oneH259 of his sonsH1121 the priestsH3548. 3And when the priestH3548 looketh on the sore in the skinH5785 of the fleshH1320, and the hairH8181 in the sore is turnedH2015 whiteH3836, and the sore looketh deeperH6013 than the skinH5785 of his fleshH1320, it is the sore of leprosy; and the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 on him and pronounce him uncleanH2930. 4But if the brightH934 spotH934 be whiteH3836 in the skinH5785 of his fleshH1320, and look not deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, and the hairH8181 thereof be not turnedH2015 whiteH3836, the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 up [him that hath] the sore sevenH7651 daysH3117. 5And the priestH3548 shall look on him the seventhH7637 dayH3117; and behold, in his sight, the sore remaineth as it was, the sore hath not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 him up sevenH7651 daysH3117 a secondH8145 time. 6And the priestH3548 shall look on him again the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and behold, the sore is become pale and the sore hath not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him cleanH2891; it is a scab; and he shall washH3526 his garmentsH899 and be cleanH2891. 7But if the scab have spreadH6581 much in the skinH5785, after that he hath been seenH7200 by the priestH3548 for his cleansing, he shall be seenH7200 by the priestH3548 again; 8and the priestH3548 shall look on him, and behold, the scab hath spreadH6581 in the skinH5785; then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930: it is leprosy. 9When a sore [as] of leprosy isH1961 in a manH120, he shall beH1961 broughtH935 unto the priestH3548; 10and the priestH3548 shall look on him, and behold, there is a whiteH3836 rising in the skinH5785, and it hath turnedH2015 the hairH8181 whiteH3836, and a trace of rawH4241 fleshH1320 is in the rising: 11it is an old leprosy in the skinH5785 of his fleshH1320; and the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2931, and he shall not shutH5462 him up, for he is uncleanH2931. 12But if the leprosy break out much in the skinH5785, and the leprosy coverH3680 all the skinH5785 of [him that hath] the sore, from his headH7218 even to his footH7272, wherever the eyesH5869 of the priestH3548 look, 13and the priestH3548 looketh, and behold, the leprosy covereth all his fleshH1320, he shall pronounce [him] cleanH2889 [that hath] the sore; it is all turnedH2015 whiteH3836; he is cleanH2889. 14And on the dayH3117 when raw fleshH1320 appeareth in him, he shall be uncleanH2930. 15And the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 on the raw fleshH1320, and shall pronounce him uncleanH2931: the raw fleshH1320 is uncleanH2931, it is leprosy. 16But if the raw fleshH1320 change again, and be turnedH2015 whiteH3836, he shall comeH935 unto the priestH3548; 17and the priestH3548 shall look on him, and behold, the sore is turnedH2015 whiteH3836; then the priestH3548 shall pronounce [him] cleanH2889 [that hath] the sore: he is cleanH2889. 18And the fleshH1320 — when in the skinH5785 thereof cometh a boilH7822, and it is healedH7495, 19and there isH1961 in the placeH4725 of the boilH7822 a whiteH3836 rising, or a white-reddish brightH934 spotH934, it shall beH1961 shewn to the priestH3548; 20and the priestH3548 shall look on it, and behold, it looketh deeperH8217 than the skinH5785, and the hairH8181 thereof is turnedH2015 whiteH3836; then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930: it is the sore of leprosy broken out in the boilH7822. 21But if the priestH3548 look on it, and behold, there are no whiteH3836 hairsH8181 therein, and it is not deeperH8217 than the skinH5785, and is pale, the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 him up sevenH7651 daysH3117; 22and if it spreadH6581 much in the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930: it is the sore. 23But if the brightH934 spotH934 have remainedH5975 in its placeH8478, [and] have not spreadH6581, it is the scarH6867 of the boilH7822; and the priestH3548 shall pronounce him cleanH2891. 24Or if in the fleshH1320, in the skinH5785 thereof, there is a burning inflammation, and the place of the inflammation becomeH1961 a brightH934 spotH934 white-reddish or whiteH3836, 25and the priestH3548 look on it, and behold, the hairH8181 is turnedH2015 whiteH3836 in the brightH934 spotH934, and it looketh deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, it is a leprosy which is broken out in the inflammation; and the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930: it is the sore of leprosy. 26But if the priestH3548 look on it, and behold, there is no whiteH3836 hairH8181 in the brightH934 spotH934, and it is no deeperH8217 than the skinH5785, and is pale, the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 him up sevenH7651 daysH3117. 27And the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 on him the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and if it have spreadH6581 much in the skinH5785, the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930: it is the sore of leprosy. 28But if the brightH934 spotH934 have remainedH5975 in its placeH8478, [and] not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, and is pale, it is the rising of the inflammation; and the priestH3548 shall pronounce him cleanH2891; for it is the scarH6867 of the inflammation. 29And if a manH376 or a womanH802 have a sore on the headH7218 or on the beardH2206, 30and the priestH3548 look on the sore, and behold, it looketh deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, and there is in it yellow thinH1851 hairH8181, then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him uncleanH2930; it is a scallH5424, the leprosy of the headH7218 or the beardH2206. 31And if the priestH3548 look on the sore of the scallH5424, and behold, it is not in sightH4758 deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, and there is no blackH7838 hairH8181 in it, the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 up [him that hath] the sore of the scallH5424 sevenH7651 daysH3117. 32And when the priestH3548 looketh on the sore on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and behold, the scallH5424 hath not spreadH6581, and there is in it no yellow hairH8181, and the scallH5424 doth not look deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, 33he [that hath the sore] shall shaveH1548 himself; but the scallH5424 shall he not shaveH1548; and the priestH3548 shall shutH5462 up [him that hath] the scallH5424 sevenH7651 daysH3117 a secondH8145 time. 34And the priestH3548 shall look on the scallH5424 on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and behold, the scallH5424 hath not spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, nor is in sightH4758 deeperH6013 than the skinH5785, then the priestH3548 shall pronounce him cleanH2891; and he shall washH3526 his garmentsH899, and be cleanH2891. 35But if the scallH5424 have spreadH6581 much in the skinH5785 after his cleansing, 36and the priestH3548 shall look on him, and behold, the scallH5424 hath spreadH6581 in the skinH5785, the priestH3548 shall not seekH1239 for yellow hairH8181: he is uncleanH2931. 37But if the scallH5424 have in his sight remainedH5975 as it was, and there is blackH7838 hairH8181 grownH6779 up therein, the scallH5424 is healedH7495: he is cleanH2889; and the priestH3548 shall pronounce him cleanH2889. 38And if a manH376 or a womanH802 have in the skinH5785 of their fleshH1320 brightH934 spotsH934, whiteH3836 brightH934 spotsH934, 39and the priestH3548 look, and behold, there are in the skinH5785 of their fleshH1320 pale whiteH3836 spotsH934, it is an eruption which is broken out in the skinH5785: he is cleanH2889. 40And if a man's hair have fallen off his headH7218, he is baldH7142: he is cleanH2889; 41and if he have the hair fallen off from the part of the headH7218 towards his faceH6440, he is forehead-bald: he is cleanH2889. 42And if there beH1961 in the baldH1372 head, or baldH1372 foreheadH1372, a white-reddish sore, it is a leprosy which hath broken out in his baldH1372 head, or his baldH1372 foreheadH1372. 43And the priestH3548 shall look on it, and behold, the rising of the sore is white-reddish in his baldH1372 head, or in his baldH1372 foreheadH1372, like the appearanceH4758 of the leprosy in the skinH5785 of the fleshH1320; 44he is a leprousH6879 manH376, he is uncleanH2931; the priestH3548 shall pronounce him utterly uncleanH2931; his sore is in his headH7218. 45And as to the leper in whom the sore is, — his garmentsH899 shall beH1961 rent, and his headH7218 shall beH1961 uncovered, and he shall put a covering on his beard, and shall cry, UncleanH2931, uncleanH2931! 46All the daysH3117 that the sore shall be in him he shall be uncleanH2931: he is uncleanH2931; he shall dwellH3427 apart; outside the campH4264 shall his dwellingH3427 be. 47And if a sore of leprosy isH1961 in a garmentH899, in a woollen garmentH899, or a linenH6593 garmentH899, 48either in the warpH8359 or in the woofH6154 of linenH6593 or of woolH6785, or in a skinH5785, or in anything made of skinH5785, 49and the sore is greenishH3422 or reddishH125 in the garmentH899, or in the skinH5785, or in the warpH8359, or in the woofH6154, or in anything of skinH5785, it is the sore of leprosy, and shall beH1961 shewn unto the priestH3548. 50And the priestH3548 shall lookH7200 on the sore, and shall shutH5462 up [that which hath] the sore sevenH7651 daysH3117. 51And he shall seeH7200 the sore on the seventhH7637 dayH3117: if the sore have spreadH6581 in the garmentH899, either in the warpH8359 or in the woofH6154, or in a skinH5785, in any workH4399 that may be madeH6213 of skinH5785, the sore is a corroding leprosy: it is uncleanH2931. 52And they shall burnH8313 the garmentH899, or the warpH8359 or the woofH6154, of woolH6785 or of linenH6593, or anything of skinH5785, wherein the sore is; for it is a corroding leprosy: it shall beH1961 burnedH8313 with fireH784. 53But if the priestH3548 look, and behold, the sore hath not spreadH6581 in the garmentH899, or in the warpH8359, or in the woofH6154, or in anything of skinH5785, 54then the priestH3548 shall commandH6680 that they washH3526 the thingH8145 wherein the sore is, and he shall shutH5462 it up sevenH7651 daysH3117 a secondH8145 time. 55And the priestH3548 shall look on the sore after the washing, and behold, if the sore have not changedH2015 its appearanceH5869, and the sore have not spreadH6581, it is uncleanH2931: thou shalt burnH8313 it with fireH784: it is a fretting sore on what is threadbare or where the nap is gone. 56But if the priestH3548 look, and behold, the sore hath become pale after the washing of it, then he shall rend it from the garmentH899, or from the skinH5785, or from the warpH8359, or from the woofH6154. 57And if it appearH7200 stillH5750 in the garmentH899, or in the warpH8359, or in the woofH6154, or in anything of skinH5785, it is a [leprosy] breakingH6524 out: thou shalt burnH8313 with fireH784 that wherein the sore is. 58But the garmentH899, or the warpH8359, or the woofH6154, or whatever thingH3627 of skinH5785 which thou hast washedH3526, and the sore departeth from them, it shall be washedH3526 a secondH8145 timeH8145, and it is cleanH2891. 59This is the lawH8451 of the sore of leprosy in a garmentH899 of woolH6785 or linenH6593, or in the warpH8359, or in the woofH6154, or in anything of skinH5785, to cleanseH2891 it, or to pronounce it uncleanH2930.
