Leviticus 27
1And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, When a manH376 shall accomplish a vowH5088, the personsH5315 shall be for Jehovah by thy estimation. 3And thy estimation shall beH1961 of the maleH2145 from twentyH6242 yearsH8141 old even unto sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 old, even thy estimation shall beH1961 fiftyH2572 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701, after the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944. 4And if it beH1961 a femaleH5347, then thy estimation shall beH1961 thirtyH7970 shekelsH8255. 5And if it beH1961 from fiveH2568 yearsH8141 old even unto twentyH6242 yearsH8141 old, then thy estimation shall beH1961 of the maleH2145 twentyH6242 shekelsH8255, and for the femaleH5347 tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 6And if it beH1961 from a monthH2320 old even unto fiveH2568 yearsH8141 old, then thy estimation shall beH1961 of the maleH2145 fiveH2568 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701, and for the femaleH5347 thy estimation shall beH1961 threeH7969 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701. 7And if it beH1961 from sixtyH8346 yearsH8141 old and upwardH4605; if it beH1961 a maleH2145, then thy estimation shall beH1961 fifteen shekelsH8255, and for the femaleH5347 tenH6235 shekelsH8255. 8But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall be setH5975 before the priestH3548, and the priestH3548 shall value him; according to the ability of him that vowedH5087 shall the priestH3548 value him.
9And if it beH1961 a beast, whereof men offer an oblation unto Jehovah, all that any man giveth of such unto Jehovah shall beH1961 holyH6944. 10He shall not alter it, nor change it, a goodH2896 for a badH7451, or a badH7451 for a goodH2896: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changedH2498 shall beH1961 holyH6944. 11And if it be any uncleanH2931 beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall setH5975 the beast before the priestH3548; 12and the priestH3548 shall value it, whether it beH1961 goodH2896 or badH7451: as thou the priestH3548 valuest it, soH3651 shall it beH1961. 13But if he will indeed redeemH1350 it, then he shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 part thereof unto thy estimation.
14And when a manH376 shall sanctifyH6942 his houseH1004 to be holyH6944 unto Jehovah, then the priestH3548 shall estimate it, whether it be goodH2896 or badH7451: as the priestH3548 shall estimate it, soH3651 shall it standH6965. 15And if he that sanctifiedH6942 it will redeemH1350 his houseH1004, then he shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 part of the moneyH3701 of thy estimation unto it, and it shall beH1961 his.
16And if a manH376 shall sanctifyH6942 unto Jehovah part of the fieldH7704 of his possessionH272, then thy estimation shall beH1961 according to the sowing thereof: the sowing of a homer of barleyH8184 shall beH1961 valued at fiftyH2572 shekelsH8255 of silverH3701. 17If he sanctifyH6942 his fieldH7704 from the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104, according to thy estimation it shall standH6965. 18But if he sanctifyH6942 his fieldH7704 after the jubileeH3104, then the priestH3548 shall reckon unto him the moneyH3701 according to the yearsH8141 that remainH3498 unto the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104; and an abatement shall be madeH6942 from thy estimation. 19And if he that sanctifiedH6942 the fieldH7704 will indeed redeemH1350 it, then he shall addH3254 the fifthH2549 part of the moneyH3701 of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him. 20And if he will not redeemH1350 the fieldH7704, or if he have soldH4376 the fieldH7704 to another manH376, it shall not be redeemedH1350 any more: 21but the fieldH7704, when it goeth out in the jubileeH3104, shall beH1961 holyH6944 unto Jehovah, as a fieldH7704 devoted; the possessionH272 thereof shall beH1961 the priest’sH3548. 22And if he sanctifyH6942 unto Jehovah a fieldH7704 which he hath bought, which is not of the fieldH7704 of his possessionH272; 23then the priestH3548 shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation unto the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104: and he shall giveH5414 thine estimation in that dayH3117, as a holyH6944 thingH6944 unto Jehovah. 24In the yearH8141 of jubileeH3104 the fieldH7704 shall returnH7725 unto him of whom it was boughtH7069, even to him to whom the possessionH272 of the landH776 belongeth. 25And all thy estimations shall beH1961 according to the shekelH8255 of the sanctuaryH6944: twentyH6242 gerahsH1626 shall beH1961 the shekelH8255.
26OnlyH389 the firstling among beasts, which is madeH6942 a firstling to Jehovah, no manH376 shall sanctifyH6942 it; whether it be oxH7794 or sheepH7716, it is Jehovah’s. 27And if it be of an uncleanH2931 beast, then he shall ransomH6299 it according to thine estimation, and shall addH3254 unto it the fifthH2549 part thereof: or if it be not redeemedH1350, then it shall be soldH4376 according to thy estimation.
28Notwithstanding, no devoted thingH6944, that a manH376 shall devote unto Jehovah of all that he hath, whether of manH376 or beast, or of the fieldH7704 of his possessionH272, shall be soldH4376 or redeemedH1350: every devoted thingH6944 is most holyH6944 unto Jehovah. 29No one devoted, that shall be devoted from among menH120, shall be ransomedH6299; he shall surely be putH4191 to deathH4191.
30And all the titheH4643 of the landH776, whether of the seedH2233 of the landH776, or of the fruitH6529 of the treeH6086, is Jehovah’s: it is holyH6944 unto Jehovah. 31And if a manH376 will redeemH1350 aught of his titheH4643, he shall addH3254 unto it the fifthH2549 part thereof. 32And all the titheH4643 of the herdH1241 or the flockH6629, whatsoever passeth under the rodH7626, the tenthH6224 shall beH1961 holyH6944 unto Jehovah. 33He shall not search whether it beH1961 goodH2896 or badH7451, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall beH1961 holyH6944; it shall not beH1961 redeemedH1350.
34These are the commandmentsH4687, which Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872 for the children of IsraelH3478 in mount SinaiH5514.
