Deuteronomy 22:25-27
25But if a manH376 findH4672 a betrothedH781 damsel in the fieldH7704, and the manH376 force her, and lieH7901 with her, then the manH376 onlyH905 that layH7901 with her shall dieH4191;
26and unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing: there is in the damsel no sinH2399 worthy of deathH4194; for as when a manH376 riseth against his neighbour, and murdereth him, soH3651 is this matterH1697;
27for he foundH4672 her in the fieldH7704, the betrothedH781 damsel criedH6817, and there was no one to saveH3467 her.
