Deuteronomy 20:18-19
18that they teachH3925 you not to do according to all their abominationsH8441, which they have done unto their 1godsH430, soH4616 that ye sinH2398 against Jehovah your 2GodH430.
19When thou shalt besiege a cityH5892 manyH7227 daysH3117, in makingH3772 war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroyH7843 the treesH6086 thereof by lifting up an axeH1631 against them; for thou canst eatH398 of them; and thou shalt not cutH3772 them downH3772, for is the treeH6086 of the fieldH7704 a manH120 that it should be besieged?
