Deuteronomy 15:7-9
7If there beH1961 amongst you a poor man, any oneH259 of thy brethren in oneH259 of thy gatesH8179, in thy landH776 which Jehovah thy 1GodH430 giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thy heartH3824, nor shutH7092 thy handH3027 from thy brotherH251 in need;
8but thou shalt openH6605 thy handH3027 bountifully unto him, and shalt certainly lendH5670 him on pledge what is sufficient for his need, [in that] which he lacketh.
9Beware that there beH1961 not a wicked thought in thy heartH3824, sayingH559, The seventh yearH8141, the yearH8141 of release, is at hand; and thine eyeH5869 beH1961 evil against thy poor brotherH251, and thou givest him nought; and he cry against thee to Jehovah, and it beH1961 sinH2399 in thee.
