2 Chronicles 29:22-24

22And they slaughteredH7819 the bullocks, and the priestsH3548 received the bloodH1818, and sprinkledH2236 it on the altarH4196; and they slaughteredH7819 the ramsH352, and sprinkledH2236 the bloodH1818 on the altarH4196; and they slaughteredH7819 the lambsH3532, and sprinkledH2236 the bloodH1818 on the altarH4196.

23And they broughtH5066 near the he-goats of the sin-offering before the kingH4428 and the congregation; and they laidH5564 their handsH3027 upon them.

24And the priestsH3548 slaughteredH7819 them, and they made purification for sinH2398 with their bloodH1818 upon the altarH4196, to make an atonementH3722 for all IsraelH3478; because for all IsraelH3478, saidH559 the kingH4428, is the burnt-offering and the sin-offering.
