12And there cameH935 a writing to him from ElijahH452 the prophetH5030 sayingH559, ThusH3541 saith Jehovah, the 1GodH430 of DavidH1732 thy fatherH1: Because thou hast not walkedH1980 in the waysH1870 of JehoshaphatH3092 thy fatherH1, nor in the waysH1870 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063,

13but hast walked in the wayH1870 of the kingsH4428 of IsraelH3478, and hast made JudahH3063 and the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389 to commit fornication, like the fornications of the houseH1004 of AhabH256, and alsoH1571 hast slainH2026 thy brethren, thy father's houseH1004 who were betterH2896 than thyself:

14behold, Jehovah will smite with a greatH1419 stroke thy peopleH5971, and thy children, and thy wivesH802, and all thy substance,

15and thyself with sore sicknessesH2483, with a disease of thy bowelsH4578, until thy bowelsH4578 fall out by reason of the sicknessH2483 dayH3117 by dayH3117.
