23I have swornנִשְׁבַּ֔עְתִּיnish.Ba'.tiH7650by Myself; Thewordדָּבָ֖רda.VarH1697has goneH3318outH3318from My mouthמִפִּ֧יmi.PiH6310in righteousnessצְדָקָ֛הtze.da.KahH6666And will not turnH7725backH7725, That to Meeveryכָּל־kol-H3605kneeבֶּ֔רֶךְBe.rekhH1290will bowתִּכְרַ֣עtikh.Ra'H3766,everyכָּל־kol-H3605tongueלָשֽׁוֹן׃la.ShonH3956willswearתִּשָּׁבַ֖עti.sha.Va'H7650allegiance.
24They will sayאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559of Me, ‘Onlyאַ֧ךְ'akhH389in the Lordבַּיהוָ֛הba.Yah.wehH3068are righteousnessצְדָק֣וֹתtze.da.KotH6666and strengthוָעֹ֑זva.'OzH5797.’ Peoplewill comeיָב֣וֹאya.Vo'H935to Him, Andallכֹּ֖לkolH3605who wereH2734angryהַנֶּחֱרִ֥יםha.ne.che.RimH2734at Him will be putH954toH954shameH954.
