2“Speakדַּבְּר֞וּda.be.RuH1696kindlyלֵ֤בlevH3820to Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ye.ru.sha.LimH3389;And callH7121outH7121to her, that herwarfareצְבָאָ֔הּtze.va.'AhH6635has endedמָֽלְאָה֙mal.'AhH4390, That herguiltעֲוֹנָ֑הּ'a.vo.NahH5771has been removedנִרְצָ֖הnir.TzahH7521,That she has receivedלָקְחָה֙la.ke.ChahH3947of the Lord’sיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068handמִיַּ֣דmi.YadH3027Doubleכִּפְלַ֖יִםkif.La.yimH3718for allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605her sinsחַטֹּאתֶֽיהָ׃ סcha.to.Tei.haH2403.”
3The voiceק֣וֹלKolH6963of one callingקוֹרֵ֔אko.Re'H7121outH7121, “Clearפַּנּ֖וּpa.NuH6437the wayדֶּ֣רֶךְDe.rekhH1870for the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֕רba.mid.BarH4057;Makeיַשְּׁרוּ֙ya.she.RuH3474straightH3474in the desertבָּעֲרָבָ֔הba.'a.ra.VahH6160a highwayמְסִלָּ֖הme.si.LahH4546for our Godלֵאלֹהֵֽינוּ׃le.lo.Hei.nuH430.
4Let everyכָּל־kol-H3605valleyגֶּיא֙gei'H1516be liftedיִנָּשֵׂ֔אyi.na.Se'H5375upH5375,And everyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605mountainהַ֥רharH2022and hillוְגִבְעָ֖הve.giv.'AhH1389be madeH8213lowיִשְׁפָּ֑לוּyish.Pa.luH8213;And let the unevenH6121groundH6121becomeוְהָיָ֤הve.ha.YahH1961a plainלְמִישׁ֔וֹרle.mi.ShorH4334,And the ruggedH7406terrainH7406a broadH1237valleyH1237;
6A voiceק֚וֹלKolH6963saysאֹמֵ֣ר'o.MerH559, “CallH7121outH7121.” Thenhe answeredוְאָמַ֖רve.'a.MarH559, “Whatמָ֣הmahH4100shall I callH7121outH7121?”Allכָּל־kol-H3605fleshהַבָּשָׂ֣רha.ba.SarH1320is grassחָצִ֔ירcha.TzirH2682,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605itslovelinessחַסְדּ֖וֹchas.DoH2617is like the flowerכְּצִ֥יץke.TzitzH6731of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶֽה׃ha.sa.DehH7704.
9Goעֲלִי־'a.li-H5927upH5927on ahighגָּבֹ֤הַga.Vo.haH1364mountainהַר־har-H2022,Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726,messengerH1319ofH1319goodH1319newsמְבַשֶּׂ֣רֶתme.va.Se.retH1319,RaiseH7311your voiceקוֹלֵ֔ךְko.LekhH6963forcefullyבַכֹּ֙חַ֙va.Ko.achH3581,Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,messengerH1319ofH1319goodH1319newsמְבַשֶּׂ֖רֶתme.va.Se.retH1319;RaiseH7311itupH7311,do not fearתִּירָ֔אִיti.Ra.'iH3372.Sayאִמְרִי֙'im.RiH559to thecitiesלְעָרֵ֣יle.'a.ReiH5892of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063, “Hereהִנֵּ֖הhi.NehH2009is your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430!”
10Beholdהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009,the Lordאֲדֹנָ֤י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068will comeיָב֔וֹאya.Vo'H935with mightבְּחָזָ֣קbe.cha.ZakH2389, With Hisarmוּזְרֹע֖וֹu.ze.ro.'OH2220rulingמֹ֣שְׁלָהMo.she.lahH4910for Him.Beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009, Hiscompensationשְׂכָרוֹ֙se.kha.RoH7939is with Him,And His rewardוּפְעֻלָּת֖וֹu.fe.'u.la.ToH6468beforeלְפָנָֽיו׃le.fa.NavH6440Him.
11Like a shepherdכְּרֹעֶה֙ke.ro.'EhH7462He willtendיִרְעֶ֔הyir.'EhH7462His flockעֶדְר֣וֹed.RoH5739,In His armבִּזְרֹעוֹ֙biz.ro.'OH2220He will gatherיְקַבֵּ֣ץye.ka.BetzH6908the lambsH2924And carryיִשָּׂ֑אyi.Sa'H5375themin the foldH2436ofH2436His robeH2436;He will gently leadיְנַהֵֽל׃ סye.na.HelH5095the nursingעָל֖וֹתa.LotH5763ewes.
12Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310hasmeasuredמָדַ֨דma.DadH4058thewatersמַ֗יִםMa.yimH4325in the hollowH8168ofH8168His handH8168,And measuredתִּכֵּ֔ןti.KenH8505the heavensוְשָׁמַ֙יִם֙ve.sha.Ma.yimH8064with aspanבַּזֶּ֣רֶתba.Ze.retH2239, Andcalculatedוְכָ֥לve.kholH3557the dustעֲפַ֣ר'a.FarH6083of the earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776with a measureבַּשָּׁלִ֖שׁba.sha.LishH7991,And weighedוְשָׁקַ֤לve.sha.KalH8254the mountainsהָרִ֔יםha.RimH2022in a balanceבַּפֶּ֙לֶס֙ba.Pe.lesH6425And the hillsוּגְבָע֖וֹתu.ge.va.'otH1389in a pair of scalesבְּמֹאזְנָֽיִם׃be.mo.ze.Na.yimH3976?

15Beholdהֵ֤ןhenH2005, thenationsגּוֹיִם֙go.YimH1471are like a dropכְּמַ֣רke.MarH4752from a bucketמִדְּלִ֔יmi.de.LiH1805,And are regardedנֶחְשָׁ֑בוּnech.Sha.vuH2803as a speckH7834ofH7834dustH7834on the scalesמֹאזְנַ֖יִםmoz.Na.yimH3976;Beholdהֵ֥ןhenH2005,He liftsיִטּֽוֹל׃yi.TolH5190up theislandsאִיִּ֖ים'i.YimH339like fineכַּדַּ֥קka.DakH1851dustH1851.
19As for theidolהַפֶּ֙סֶל֙ha.Pe.selH6459,a craftsmanחָרָ֔שׁcha.RashH2796castsנָסַ֣ךְna.SakhH5258it,A goldsmithוְצֹרֵ֖ףve.tzo.RefH6884platesיְרַקְּעֶ֑נּוּye.rak.ke.'E.nuH7554it with goldבַּזָּהָ֣בba.za.HavH2091,And a silversmithצוֹרֵֽף׃tzo.RefH6884fashionschainsוּרְתֻק֥וֹתu.re.tu.KotH7577of silverכֶּ֖סֶףKe.sefH3701.

22It is He whositsהַיֹּשֵׁב֙hai.yo.ShevH3427aboveעַל־'al-H5921thecircleח֣וּגchugH2329of the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,And its inhabitantsוְיֹשְׁבֶ֖יהָve.yo.she.Vei.haH3427are likegrasshoppersכַּחֲגָבִ֑יםka.cha.ga.VimH2284, Whostretchesהַנּוֹטֶ֤הha.no.TehH5186outH5186the heavensשָׁמַ֔יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064like acurtainכַדֹּק֙kha.DokH1852And spreadsH4969them outH4969like atentכָּאֹ֖הֶלka.'O.helH168to liveלָשָֽׁבֶת׃la.Sha.vetH3427in.
