1ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Guardשִׁמְר֥וּshim.RuH8104justiceמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941and doוַעֲשׂ֣וּva.'a.SuH6213righteousnessצְדָקָ֑הtze.da.KahH6666, For Mysalvationיְשֽׁוּעָתִי֙ye.shu.'a.TiH3444is aboutקְרוֹבָ֤הke.ro.VahH7138to comeלָב֔וֹאla.Vo'H935And My righteousnessוְצִדְקָתִ֖יve.tzid.ka.TiH6666to be revealedלְהִגָּלֽוֹת׃le.hi.ga.LotH1540.

2Blessedאַשְׁרֵ֤י'ash.ReiH835is a manאֱנוֹשׁ֙'e.no.VoshH582who doesיַעֲשֶׂה־ya.'a.seh-H6213thisH2088,And a sonוּבֶן־u.ven-H1121of manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120whotakesH2388holdיַחֲזִ֣יקya.cha.ZikH2388of it; Whokeepsשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104from profaningמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676,And keepsוְשֹׁמֵ֥רve.sho.MerH8104his handיָד֖וֹya.DoH3027from doingמֵעֲשׂ֥וֹתme.'a.SotH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605evilרָֽע׃ סRa'H7451.”

3Let not theforeignerבֶּן־ הַנֵּכָ֗רben- ha.ne.KharH1121 H5236who has joinedהַנִּלְוָ֤הha.nil.VahH3867himself to the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068sayH559, “The Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068will certainlyהַבְדֵּ֧לhav.DelH914separateיַבְדִּילַ֛נִיyav.di.La.niH914me from His peopleעַמּ֑וֹa.MoH5971.”NorH408let theeunuchהַסָּרִ֔יסha.sa.RisH5631sayH559, “Beholdהֵ֥ןhenH2005,I am a dryיָבֵֽשׁ׃ סya.VeshH3002treeעֵ֥ץ'etzH6086.”

4For thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “To the eunuchsלַסָּֽרִיסִים֙la.sa.ri.SimH5631whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834keepיִשְׁמְרוּ֙yish.me.RuH8104My Sabbathsשַׁבְּתוֹתַ֔יsha.be.to.TaiH7676,And chooseוּבָֽחֲר֖וּu.va.cha.RuH977whatבַּאֲשֶׁ֣רba.'a.SherH834pleasesחָפָ֑צְתִּיcha.Fa.tze.tiH2654Me, Andholdוּמַחֲזִיקִ֖יםu.ma.cha.zi.KimH2388firmlyH2388to My covenantבִּבְרִיתִֽי׃biv.ri.TiH1285,

5To them I will giveוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414in Myhouseבְּבֵיתִ֤יbe.vei.TiH1004and within Mywallsוּבְחֽוֹמֹתַי֙u.ve.cho.mo.TaiH2346a memorialיָ֣דyadH3027,And a nameוָשֵׁ֔םva.ShemH8034betterט֖וֹבTovH2896thanH4480that of sonsמִבָּנִ֣יםmi.ba.NimH1121and daughtersוּמִבָּנ֑וֹתu.mi.ba.NotH1323;I will giveאֶתֶּן־'e.ten-H5414them an everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769nameשֵׁ֤םshemH8034whichאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834will not be eliminatedיִכָּרֵֽת׃ סyi.ka.RetH3772.

6“Also theforeignersוּבְנֵ֣י הַנֵּכָ֗רu.ve.Nei ha.ne.KharH1121 H5236who joinהַנִּלְוִ֤יםha.nil.VimH3867themselves to the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,To attendH8334to His serviceH8334and to loveוּֽלְאַהֲבָה֙u.le.'a.ha.VahH157the nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,To be His servantsלַעֲבָדִ֑יםla.'a.va.DimH5650,everyH3605oneH3605whokeepsשֹׁמֵ֤רsho.MerH8104the Sabbathשַׁבָּת֙sha.BatH7676so as not to profaneמֵֽחַלְּל֔וֹme.cha.le.LoH2490it,And holdsוּמַחֲזִיקִ֖יםu.ma.cha.zi.KimH2388firmlyH2388to My covenantבִּבְרִיתִֽי׃biv.ri.TiH1285;

7Eventhose I will bringוַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֞יםva.ha.vi.'o.TimH935to Myholyקָדְשִׁ֗יkod.shiH6944mountainהַ֣רharH2022, Andmakeוְשִׂמַּחְתִּים֙ve.si.mach.TimH8055them joyfulH8055in My houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of prayerתְּפִלָּתִ֔יte.fi.la.TiH8605.Their burntעוֹלֹתֵיהֶ֧םo.lo.tei.HemH5930offeringsH5930and their sacrificesוְזִבְחֵיהֶ֛םve.ziv.chei.HemH2077will be acceptableלְרָצ֖וֹןle.ra.TzonH7522onMy altarמִזְבְּחִ֑יmiz.be.ChiH4196; ForMy houseבֵיתִ֔יvei.TiH1004will be calledיִקָּרֵ֖אyi.ka.Re'H7121a houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of prayerתְּפִלָּ֥הte.fi.LahH8605for allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the peoplesהָעַמִּֽים׃ha.'a.MimH5971.”

8The Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068, whogathersמְקַבֵּ֖ץme.ka.BetzH6908the dispersedנִדְחֵ֣יnid.CheiH5080of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002, “I will yetע֛וֹדodH5750gatherאֲקַבֵּ֥ץ'a.ka.BetzH6908others to them, to those alreadygatheredלְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃le.nik.ba.TzavH6908.”

12“Comeאֵתָ֥יוּ'e.Ta.yuH857,” they say, “let’s getאֶקְחָה־'ek.chah-H3947wineיַ֖יִןYa.yinH3196,and let’s drinkH5433heavilyH5433of intoxicatingH7941drinkשֵׁכָ֑רshe.KharH7941; Andtomorrowמָחָ֔רma.CharH4279will be like todayכָזֶה֙ י֣וֹםkha.Zeh YomH2088 H3117,only moreגָּד֖וֹל יֶ֥תֶר מְאֹֽד׃ga.Dol Ye.ter me.'OdH1419 H3499 H3966so.”
