2It willblossomפָּרֹ֨חַpa.Ro.achH6524profuselyתִּפְרַ֜חtif.RachH6524Andrejoiceוְתָגֵ֗לve.ta.GelH1523with joyגִּילַ֣תgi.LatH1525and jubilationוְרַנֵּ֔ןve.ra.NenH7442. Thegloryכְּב֤וֹדke.VodH3519of Lebanonהַלְּבָנוֹן֙ha.le.va.nOnH3844will be givenנִתַּן־ni.tan-H5414to it,The majestyהֲדַ֥רha.DarH1926ofCarmelהַכַּרְמֶ֖לha.kar.MelH3760and Sharonוְהַשָּׁר֑וֹןve.ha.sha.RonH8289.They will seeיִרְא֥וּyir.'UH7200thegloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,The majestyהֲדַ֥רha.DarH1926of our Godאֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ ס'e.lo.Hei.nuH430.

3Strengthenחַזְּק֖וּcha.ze.KuH2388theexhaustedיָדַ֣יִם רָפ֑וֹתya.Da.yim ra.FotH3027 H7504,and makeאַמֵּֽצוּ׃'a.Me.tzuH553thefeebleוּבִרְכַּ֥יִם כֹּשְׁל֖וֹתu.vir.Ka.yim ko.she.LotH3782 H1290strongH553.

4Sayאִמְרוּ֙'im.RuH559to those withanxiousלְנִמְהֲרֵי־le.nim.ha.rei-H4116heartלֵ֔בLevH3820, “TakeH2388courageH2388,fearתִּירָ֑אוּti.Ra.'uH3372not.Beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙'e.lo.hei.KhemH430will comeיָב֔וֹאya.Vo'H935withvengeanceנָקָ֣םna.KamH5359; Theretributionגְּמ֣וּלge.MulH1576of Godאֱלֹהִ֔ים'E.lo.HimH430will comeיָב֖וֹאya.Vo'H935, But He willsaveוְיֹשַׁעֲכֶֽם׃ve.yo.sha.'a.KhemH3467you.”

5Thenאָ֥ז'azH227theeyesעֵינֵ֣י'ei.NeiH5869of those who are blindעִוְרִ֑ים'iv.RimH5787will be openedתִּפָּקַ֖חְנָהti.pa.Kach.nahH6491,And the earsוְאָזְנֵ֥יve.'a.ze.NeiH241of those who are deafחֵרְשִׁ֖יםche.re.ShimH2795will be unstoppedתִּפָּתַֽחְנָה׃ti.pa.Tach.nahH6605.

6Thenאָ֣ז'azH227those wholimpפִּסֵּ֔חַpi.Se.achH6455will leapיְדַלֵּ֤גye.da.LegH1801like a deerכָּֽאַיָּל֙ka.'ai.YalH354, And thetongueלְשׁ֣וֹןle.ShonH3956of thoseH483whoH483cannotH483speakH483will shoutוְתָרֹ֖ןve.ta.RonH7442forH7442joyH7442.For watersמַ֔יִםMa.yimH4325will burstH1234forthנִבְקְע֤וּniv.ke.'UH1234in thewildernessבַמִּדְבָּר֙va.mid.BarH4057,And streamsוּנְחָלִ֖יםu.ne.cha.LimH5158in thedesertבָּעֲרָבָֽה׃ba.'a.ra.VahH6160.

7ThescorchedH8273landH8273will becomeוְהָיָ֤הve.ha.YahH1961a poolלַאֲגַ֔םla.'a.GamH98And the thirstyוְצִמָּא֖וֹןve.tzi.ma.'onH6774groundH6774springsלְמַבּ֣וּעֵיle.ma.Bu.'eiH4002of waterמָ֑יִםMa.yimH4325; In thehauntבִּנְוֵ֤הbin.VehH5116of jackalsH8565,its restingH7258placeרִבְצָ֔הּriv.TzahH7258,Grassחָצִ֖ירcha.TzirH2682becomesreedsלְקָנֶ֥הle.ka.NehH7070and rushesוָגֹֽמֶא׃va.Go.me'H1573.

8A highwayמַסְל֣וּלmas.LulH4547will be thereשָׁ֞םshamH8033,a roadwayוָדֶ֗רֶךְva.De.rekhH1870,And it will be calledיִקָּ֣רֵאyi.Ka.re'H7121the Highwayוְדֶ֤רֶךְve.De.rekhH1870ofHolinessהַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙ha.Ko.deshH6944.The uncleanטָמֵ֖אta.Me'H2931will not travelיַעַבְרֶ֥נּוּya.'av.Re.nuH5674on it, But it willbe for the one who walksהֹלֵ֥ךְho.LekhH1980thatwayדֶּ֛רֶךְDe.rekhH1870, Andfoolsוֶאֱוִילִ֖יםve.'e.vi.LimH191will not wanderיִתְעֽוּ׃yit.'UH8582on it.

Butthe redeemedגְּאוּלִֽים׃ge.'u.LimH1350will walkוְהָלְכ֖וּve.ha.le.KhuH1980there,

10Andthe redeemedוּפְדוּיֵ֨יu.fe.du.YeiH6299of the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068will returnיְשֻׁב֗וּןye.shu.VunH7725And comeוּבָ֤אוּu.Va.'uH935to Zionצִיּוֹן֙tzi.yOnH6726with joyfulH7440shoutingבְּרִנָּ֔הbe.ri.NahH7440,And everlastingעוֹלָ֖םo.LamH5769joyוְשִׂמְחַ֥תve.sim.ChatH8057will be on their headsרֹאשָׁ֑םro.ShamH7218.They will obtainיַשִּׂ֔יגוּya.Si.guH5381gladnessשָׂשׂ֤וֹןsa.SonH8342and joyוְשִׂמְחָה֙ve.sim.ChahH8057, Andsorrowיָג֥וֹןya.GonH3015and sighingוַאֲנָחָֽה׃ פva.'a.na.ChahH585will fleeוְנָ֖סוּve.Na.suH5127awayH5127.
