2And I sawG3708astrongἰσχυρὸνischuronG2478angelἄγγελονangelonG32proclaimingκηρύσσονταkērussontaG2784with a loudμεγάλῃ·megalēG3173voiceφωνῇphōnēaG5456, “WhoτίςtisG5101is worthyἄξιοςaxiosG514to openἀνοῖξαιanoixaiG455thebookβιβλίονbiblionG975and to breakλῦσαιlusaiG3089its sealsσφραγῖδαςsphragidasG4973?”

3And noG3762oneοὐδεὶςoudeisG3762in heavenοὐρανῷouranōG3772orοὐδὲoudeG3761on the earthγῆςgēsG1093orοὐδὲoudeG3761underὑποκάτωhupokatōG5270the earthγῆςgēsG1093was ableἐδύνατοedunatoG1410to openἀνοῖξαιanoixaiG455thebookβιβλίονbiblionG975orοὔτεouteG3777to lookβλέπεινblepeinG991into it.

4ThenκαὶkaiG2532I beganto weepἔκλαιονeklaionG2799greatlyπολὺpoluG4183becauseὅτιhotiG3754noG3762oneοὐδεὶςoudeisG3762was foundεὑρέθηheurethēG2147worthyἄξιοςaxiosG514to openἀνοῖξαιanoixaiG455thebookβιβλίονbiblionG975orοὔτεouteG3777to lookβλέπεινblepeinG991into it;

5and oneεἷςheisG1520of the eldersπρεσβυτέρωνpresbuterōnG4245saidλέγειlegeiG3004to me, “StopμὴmēG3361weepingκλαῖε.klaieG2799;beholdἰδοὺidouG2400, theLionλέωνleōnG3023that isfrom the tribeφυλῆςphulēsG5443of JudahἸούδα,IoudaG2455, theRootῥίζαrhizaG4491of DavidG1160,has overcomeἐνίκησενenikēsenG3528so as to openἀνοῖξαιanoixaiG455thebookβιβλίονbiblionG975and its sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033sealsσφραγῖδαςsphragidasG4973.”

6And I sawG3708betweenG1722 G3319the throneθρόνουthronouG2362(with the fourτεσσάρωνtessarōnG5064livingG2226creaturesG2226) andthe eldersπρεσβυτέρωνpresbuterōnG4245aLambἀρνίονarnionG721standingἑστηκὸςhestēkosG2476,as ifὡςhōsG5613slainἐσφαγμένονesphagmenonG4969,havingἔχωνechōnG2192sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033hornsκέραταkerataG2768andsevenἑπτὰheptaG2033eyesὀφθαλμοὺςophthalmousG3788,whichοἵoiG3739arethe sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033SpiritsπνεύματαpneumataG4151of GodθεοῦtheouG2316,sentἀπεσταλμένοιapestalmenoiG649out into allπᾶσανpasanG3956the earthγῆν.gēnG1093.

7And He cameἦλθενēlthenG2064and tookεἴληφενeilēphenG2983the book out of the rightδεξιᾶςdexiasG1188handG1188of Him whosatκαθημένουkathēmenouG2521on the throneθρόνου.thronouG2362.

8WhenὅτεhoteG3753He had takenἔλαβενelabenG2983thebookβιβλίον,biblionG975, thefourτέσσαραtessaraG5064livingG2226creaturesG2226and thetwenty-fourεἴκοσι τέσσαρεςeikosi tessaresG1501 G5064eldersπρεσβύτεροιpresbuteroiG4245fellG4098downἔπεσανepesanG4098beforeἐνώπιονenōpionG1799theLambἀρνίουarniouG721,eachG1538oneG1538holdingG2198aharpκιθάρανkitharanG2788andgoldenχρυσᾶςchrusasG5552bowlsφιάλαςphialasG5357fullγεμούσαςgemousasG1073of incenseθυμιαμάτωνthumiamatōnG2368,whichαἵaiG3739are theprayersπροσευχαὶproseuchaiG4335of thesaintsἁγίων.hagiōnG40.

9And they sangᾄδουσινadousinG103anewκαινὴνkainēnG2537songᾠδὴνōdēnG5603,sayingλέγοντες·legontesG3004, “WorthyἄξιοςaxiosG514are You to takeλαβεῖνlabeinG2983thebookβιβλίονbiblionG975and to breakἀνοῖξαιanoixaiG455its sealsσφραγῖδαςsphragidasG4973; for You wereslainἐσφάγηςesphagēsG4969, andpurchasedἠγόρασαςēgorasasG59for GodθεῷtheōG2316with Your bloodαἵματίaimatiG129men fromeveryπάσηςpasēsG3956tribeφυλῆςphulēsG5443and tongueγλώσσηςglōssēsG1100and peopleλαοῦlaouG2992and nationἔθνουςethnousG1484.

10You have madeἐποίησαςepoiēsasG4160them to be akingdomβασιλείανbasileianG932andpriestsἱερεῖς,hi'ereisG2409to our GodθεῷtheōG2316; and they willreignβασιλεύσουσινbasileusousinG936upon the earthγῆς.¶gēsG1093.”

11ThenG2532I lookedG3708,and I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191the voiceφωνὴνphōnēnG5456of manyπολλῶνpollōnG4183angelsἀγγέλωνangelōnG32aroundκύκλῳkuklōG2945the throneθρόνουthronouG2362and thelivingG2226creaturesG2226and theeldersπρεσβυτέρων.presbuterōnG4245;and the numberἀριθμὸςarithmosG706of them wasmyriadsμυριάδεςmuriadesG3461of myriadsμυριάδωνmuriadōnG3461,and thousandsχιλιάδεςchiliadesG5505of thousandsχιλιάδωνchiliadōnG5505,

12sayingλέγοντεςlegontesG3004with a loudμεγάλῃ·megalēG3173voiceφωνῇphōnēaG5456, “WorthyἄξιόνaxionG514is theLambἀρνίονarnionG721that wasslainἐσφαγμένονesphagmenonG4969to receiveλαβεῖνlabeinG2983powerδύναμινdunaminG1411and richesπλοῦτονploutonG4149and wisdomσοφίανsophianG4678and mightἰσχὺνischunG2479and honorτιμὴνtimēnG5092and gloryδόξανdoxanG1391and blessingεὐλογίαν.eulogianG2129.”

13AndeveryG3956createdG2938thingG2938whichὃhoG3739is in heavenοὐρανῷouranōG3772and on the earthγῆςgēsG1093and underὑποκάτωhupokatōG5270the earthγῆςgēsG1093and on the seaθαλάσσηςthalassēsG2281,and allG3956thingsG3956in them, I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191sayingλέγοντας·legontasG3004, “To Him whositsκαθημένῳkathēmenōG2521on the throneθρόνῳthronōG2362, and to theLambἀρνίῳarniōG721, beblessingεὐλογίαeulogiaG2129and honorτιμὴtimēG5092and gloryδόξαdoxaG1391and dominionκράτοςkratosG2904foreverαἰῶναςaiōnasG165and everαἰώνωνaiōnōnG165.”

14And thefourτέσσαραtessaraG5064livingG2226creaturesG2226kept sayingἔλεγον·elegonG3004, “Amenἀμήν.amēnG281.” And theeldersπρεσβύτεροιpresbuteroiG4245fellG4098downἔπεσανepesanG4098and worshipedπροσεκύνησανprosekunēsanG4352.
