John 21:18-25
18Verily, verily, I sayG3004 to thee, WhenG3752 thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whereG3699 thou desiredst; but whenG3752 thou shalt beG1510 old, thou shalt stretchG1614 forth thy handsG5495, and another shall gird thee, and bringG5342 thee whereG3699 thou dost not desireG2309. 19But he saidG3004 this signifyingG4591 by what deathG2288 he should glorifyG1392 1GodG2316. And having saidG3004 this, he saysG3004 to him, FollowG190 me. 20PeterG4074, turningG1994 round, seesG991 the discipleG3101 whom JesusG2424 lovedG25 followingG190, who alsoG2532 leaned at supperG1173 on his breastG4738, and saidG3004, LordG2962, who isG1510 it that delivers thee up? 21PeterG4074, seeingG3708 him, saysG3004 to JesusG2424, LordG2962, and what [of] this [manG3778]? 22JesusG2424 saysG3004 to him, If I will that he abideG3306 until I comeG2064, what [is that] to thee? FollowG190 thou me. 23This wordG3056 thereforeG3767 wentG1831 out among the brethren, That discipleG3101 does not dieG599. And JesusG2424 did not sayG3004 to him, He does not dieG599; but, If I will that he abideG3306 until I comeG2064, what [is that] to thee? 24This isG1510 the discipleG3101 who bears witnessG3140 concerningG4012 these thingsG3778, and who has writtenG1125 these thingsG3778; and we know that his witnessG3140 isG1510 trueG227. 25And there areG1510 alsoG2532 manyG4183 otherG243 thingsG4183 which JesusG2424 did, the which if they wereG1510 writtenG1125 oneG1520 by oneG1520, I supposeG3633 that not evenG2532 the worldG2889 itself would contain the booksG975 writtenG1125.
