Samuel 19:1-7
And SaulH7586 spokeH1696 to JonathanH3129 his sonH1121, and to all his servantsH5650, that they should slay DavidH1732.
But JonathanH3083 Saul's son delighted much in DavidH1732. And JonathanH3083 toldH5046 DavidH1732, sayingH559, SaulH7586 my fatherH1 seeksH1245 to killH4191 thee; and nowH6258, I pray thee, takeH8104 heedH8104 to thyself in the morningH1242, and abide in a secret place and hideH2244 thyself;
and I will goH3318 out and standH5975 beside my fatherH1 in the fieldH7704 whereH834 thou art, and will speakH1696 of thee with my fatherH1: and seeH7200 what it is, and tellH5046 thee.
And JonathanH3083 spokeH1696 goodH2896 of DavidH1732 to SaulH7586 his fatherH1, and saidH559 to him, Let not the kingH4428 sinH2398 against his servantH5650, against DavidH1732, because he has not sinnedH2398 against thee; for also what he did was veryH3966 advantageous to thee;
for he putH4191 his lifeH5315 in handH3709, and smote the PhilistineH6430, and Jehovah wrought a greatH1419 salvationH8668 for all IsraelH3478: thou didst seeH7200 [it], and didst rejoiceH8055; whyH4100 then wilt thou sinH2398 against innocentH5355 bloodH1818, in slaying DavidH1732 without causeH2600?
And SaulH7586 hearkened to the voiceH6963 of JonathanH3083, and SaulH7586 sworeH7650, [As] Jehovah liveth, he shall not be putH4191 to deathH4191!
Then JonathanH3083 calledH7121 DavidH1732, and JonathanH3083 declaredH5046 to him all those thingsH1697. And JonathanH3083 broughtH935 DavidH1732 to SaulH7586, and he wasH1961 in his presenceH6440 as previously.
