11The counselעֲצַ֣ת'a.TzatH6098of the LORDיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068stands foreverלְעוֹלָ֣ם תַּעֲמֹ֑דle.'o.Lam ta.'a.ModH5975 H5769,the purposesמַחְשְׁב֥וֹתmach.she.VotH4284of His heartלִ֝בּ֗וֹli.BoH3820to all generationsH1755.
