2He saidוַיֹּאמַ֓ר׀vai.yo.MarH559: “The LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068roarsיִשְׁאָ֔גyish.'AgH7580from Zionמִצִיּ֣וֹןmi.tzi.YonH6726and raisesיִתֵּ֣ןyi.TenH5414His voiceקוֹל֑וֹko.LoH6963from Jerusalemוּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םu.mi.ru.sha.LimH3389;the pasturesנְא֣וֹתne.'otH4999of the shepherdsהָרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462mournוְאָֽבְלוּ֙ve.'a.ve.LuH56,and the summitרֹ֥אשׁroshH7218of Carmelהַכַּרְמֶֽל׃ פha.kar.MelH3760withersוְיָבֵ֖שׁve.ya.VeshH3001.”

5I will break downוְשָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙ve.sha.var.TiH7665the gatesבְּרִ֣יחַbe.Ri.achH1280of Damascusדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834;I will cut offוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772the rulerיוֹשֵׁב֙yo.ShevH3427from the Valley of Avenמִבִּקְעַת־ אָ֔וֶןmi.bik.'at- 'A.venH1237H206and the one who wieldsוְתוֹמֵ֥ךְve.to.MekhH8551the scepterשֵׁ֖בֶטShe.vetH7626in Beth-edenH1040.The peopleעַם־'am-H5971of Aramאֲרָ֛ם'a.RamH758will be exiledוְגָל֧וּve.ga.LuH1540to Kirקִ֖ירָהKi.rahH7024,”saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.
