2The LORDיְֽהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068looks downהִשְׁקִ֪יףhish.KifH8259from heavenמִשָּׁמַיִם֮mi.sha.ma.YimH8064uponעַֽל־'al-H5921the sonsבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of menאָ֫דָ֥ם'a.DamH120to seeלִ֭רְאוֹתLir.'otH7200if anyהֲיֵ֣שׁha.YeshH3426understandמַשְׂכִּ֑ילmas.KilH7919,if any seekדֹּ֝רֵשׁDo.reshH1875אֶת־'et-H853Godאֱלֹהִֽים׃'E.lo.HimH430.

3Allהַכֹּ֥לha.KolH3605have turned awayסָר֮sarH5493,they have togetherיַחְדָּ֪וyach.DavH3162become corruptנֶ֫אֱלָ֥חוּne.'e.La.chuH444;there is noאֵ֤ין'einH369one who doesעֹֽשֵׂה־'o.seh-H6213goodט֑וֹבTovH2896,notאֵ֝֗ין'EinH369evenגַּם־gam-H1571oneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259.

5There they areשָׁ֤ם׀shamH8033,overwhelmedפָּ֣חֲדוּPa.cha.duH6342with dreadפָ֑חַדFa.chadH6343,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588Godאֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים'E.lo.HimH430isin the companyבְּד֣וֹרbe.DorH1755of the righteousצַדִּֽיק׃tza.DikH6662.

6You sinners frustrateתָבִ֑ישׁוּta.Vi.shuH954the plansעֲצַת־'a.tzat-H6098of the oppressedעָנִ֥י'a.NiH6041,yetכִּ֖יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068is their shelterמַחְסֵֽהוּ׃mach.Se.huH4268.
