2The LORDיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068extendsיִשְׁלַ֣חyish.LachH7971Your mightyעֻזְּךָ֗'u.ze.KhaH5797scepterמַטֵּֽה־ma.teh-H4294from Zionמִצִּיּ֑וֹןmi.tzi.YonH6726: “Ruleרְ֝דֵ֗הre.DehH7287in the midstבְּקֶ֣רֶבbe.Ke.revH7130of Your enemiesאֹיְבֶֽיךָ׃'o.ye.Vei.khaH341.”

3Your peopleעַמְּךָ֣'a.me.KhaH5971shall bewillingנְדָבֹת֮ne.da.VotH5071on Your dayבְּי֪וֹםbe.YomH3117of battleחֵ֫ילֶ֥ךָchei.Le.khaH2428.Arrayed in holyקֹ֭דֶשׁKo.deshH6944splendorבְּֽהַדְרֵי־be.had.rei-H1926,from the wombמֵרֶ֣חֶםme.Re.chemH7358of the dawnמִשְׁחָ֑רmish.CharH4891, to You belongsthe dewטַ֣לtalH2919of Your youthיַלְדֻתֶֽיךָ׃yal.du.Tei.khaH3208.

4The LORDיְהוָ֨ה׀Yah.wehH3068has swornנִשְׁבַּ֤עnish.Ba'H7650and will notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808change His mindיִנָּחֵ֗םyi.na.ChemH5162: “Youאַתָּֽה־'a.tah-H859are a priestכֹהֵ֥ןkho.HenH3548foreverלְעוֹלָ֑םle.'o.LamH5769inעַל־'al-H5921the orderדִּ֝בְרָתִ֗יdiv.ra.TiH1700of MelchizedekH4442.”

5The Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136is atעַל־'al-H5921Your right handיְמִֽינְךָ֑ye.mi.ne.KhaH3225;He will crushמָחַ֖ץma.ChatzH4272kingsמְלָכִֽים׃me.la.KhimH4428in the dayבְּיוֹם־be.yom-H3117of His wrathאַפּ֣וֹ'a.PoH639.

6He will judgeיָדִ֣יןya.DinH1777the nationsבַּ֭גּוֹיִםBa.go.yimH1471,heaping upמָלֵ֣אma.Le'H4390the deadגְוִיּ֑וֹתge.vi.YotH1472;He will crushמָ֥חַץMa.chatzH4272the leadersרֹ֝֗אשׁRoshH7218farעַל־ אֶ֥רֶץ'al- 'E.retzH5921 H776and wideרַבָּֽה׃ra.BahH7227.

7He will drinkיִשְׁתֶּ֑הyish.TehH8354from the brookמִ֭נַּחַלMi.na.chalH5158by the roadבַּדֶּ֣רֶךְba.De.rekhH1870;thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֝֗ן'al- KenH5921 H3651He will lift upיָרִ֥יםya.RimH7311His headרֹֽאשׁ׃RoshH7218.
