21ThusH3541 saith Jehovah of hostsH6635, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478: AddH5595 your burnt-offerings unto your sacrificesH2077, and eatH398 ye fleshH1320. 22For I spake not unto your fathersH1, nor commandedH6680 them in the dayH3117 that I broughtH3318 them out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, concerning burnt-offerings or sacrificesH2077: 23but this thingH1697 I commandedH6680 them, sayingH559, Hearken unto my voiceH6963, and I will beH1961 your GodH430, and ye shall beH1961 my peopleH5971; and walkH1980 ye in all the wayH1870 that I commandH6680 you, that it may beH1961 wellH3190 with you. 24But they hearkened not, nor inclinedH5186 their earH241, but walked in their own counselsH4156 and in the stubbornnessH8307 of their evilH7451 heartH3820, and went backwardH268, and not forward.
