21HearH8085 now this, O foolish peopleH5971, and without understanding; that have eyesH5869, and seeH7200 not; that have earsH241, and hearH8085 not: 22FearH3372 ye not me? saith Jehovah: will ye not trembleH2342 at my presenceH6440, who have placedH7760 the sandH2344 for the bound of the seaH3220, by a perpetual decreeH2706, that it cannot passH5674 it? and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevailH3201; though they roarH1993, yet can they not passH5674 over it. 23But this peopleH5971 hath a revolting and a rebelliousH4784 heartH3820; they areH1961 revolted and gone. 24Neither sayH559 they in their heartH3824, Let us now fearH3372 Jehovah our GodH430, that giveth rainH1653, both the former and the latter, in its season; that preserveth unto us the appointed weeksH7620 of the harvestH7105.
