Jeremiah 39:9-14
9Then NebuzaradanH5018 the captain of the guard carried away captive into BabylonH894 the residue of the peopleH5971 that remainedH7604 in the cityH5892, the deserters also that fellH5307 away to him, and the residue of the peopleH5971 that remainedH7604. 10But NebuzaradanH5018 the captain of the guard leftH7604 of the poorH1800 of the peopleH5971, that had nothingH369, in the landH776 of JudahH3063, and gaveH5414 them vineyardsH3754 and fields at the same time.
11Now Nebuchadrezzar kingH4428 of BabylonH894 gave charge concerning JeremiahH3414 to NebuzaradanH5018 the captain of the guard, sayingH559, 12TakeH3947 him, and look well to him, and do him no harmH7451; but do unto him even as he shall sayH1696 unto thee. 13So NebuzaradanH5018 the captain of the guard sentH7971, and Nebushazban, Rab-sarisH7249, and Nergal-sharezer, Rab-magH7248, and all the chief officers of the kingH4428 of BabylonH894; 14they sentH7971, and tookH3947 JeremiahH3414 out of the courtH2691 of the guardH4307, and committed him unto GedaliahH1436 the sonH1121 of AhikamH296, the sonH1121 of ShaphanH8227, that he should carry him home. So he dweltH3427 among the peopleH5971.
